The house is located on Grevelingen Meer, just 300 m behind the dike, and was completely renovated in spring 2012. In 2014 all exterior windows and door systems were renewed and the bathroom was completely renovated in spring 2018. It is in Park De Tong with spacious green areas and old trees. The park includes several children's playgrounds, soccer fields, basketball and volleyball facilities. In the center of Aquadelta Park you will find an indoor swimming pool with fun slides and toddler paddling pool, bowling alley, tennis, mini golf, squash court, billiards, slot machine salon, trim course and bike rental. There is also a laundrette, a crèche and animation (in high season), shopping in the supermarket, restaurants, bistro, fast food. An 18-hole golf course is nearby (approx. 1 km). The area is ideal for cycling and walking, swimming, sailing (boat rental in the marina), diving and surfing (sailing and surfing courses in the sailing school in the marina).
