Our apartment is composed of:
- Living room: A comfortable sofa that's convertible into a double sofa bed. Dining table for 4 at your disposal.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee machine, and kitchenware.
- Bedroom: A double bed that will be made up of hotel-quality linen.
- Bathroom: Comes with bathtub, shower head, sink with mirror, and towel dryer.

Occasional water cuts have occurred due to building maintenance, but the issue has been fixed.

Fresh towels and bedsheets are provided, along with complimentary toiletries, cleaning, and sanitization before your arrival.

The apartment is located in 19th arrondissement Paris. Located above Belleville, one of the most popular neighborhoods where a melting pot of cultures is reinventing every day its kaleidoscope of cuisine, colors, music, and odors, it is definitely one of the best places to experience all kinds of food and humor at a very reasonable price, well away from tourist’s traps and tricks. There are many shops nearby, as well as the Buttes-Chaumont park which is one of the largest parks in Paris with beautiful spaces and a clear view.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
