This beautifully updated unit features a clean and open floor plan, a breakfast bar for two, a dining area seating six, cozy living room furnishings and decorations, complete with a sectional sofa, two chairs, and flat-screen television.

The master bedroom includes carpeting, a comfortable king-size bed with a flat-screen TV, and access to the outdoor patio area off the bedroom. The master bath features a, a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a separate tub.

The second bedroom features carpeting, a queen-sized bed, a full bath featuring a walk-in shower.

Open the sliding glass doors from the living room to enjoy the patio with ample seating. Perfect for a relaxing night after a long day on the beach or golf course!

**The Grand Sandestin pool deck will be closed for renovation from December 10, 2023 to January 15, 2024. Guests will still be able to enjoy the 4 Sandestin Resort Pools: the pool at Bayside, the Linkside pool on Audubon Drive, the Phil Hummel Aquatic Center near the corner of Heron Walk Drive and Baytowne Avenue, and the Beach House pool that is located at the beach access on the south side of the resort.**

Wonderful accommodations

This unit was perfect for our family. We loved the location, the floor plan, and outdoors patio. I would recommend changing the outdoor furniture cushions. They are a little soiled. Other than that, everything was great!

Short. Get away

What a lovely experience. Beautiful home you have prepared for your guest. The only thing I might suggest for some that were a little bit cold ie; me there could be some additional blankets on hand. I did find one in the bag for the sofa I’m guessing. But I could have used one more. A roll of paper towels would have been a nice touch as well. Nothing truly negative just a thought in the future I have stayed at Baytown and in the Lasata before. This was my husbands first time ever being In the environment and he loved it also. Look forward to coming back again and would love to stay with you guys again. Thank you for your lovely home Teri and Jim

Can’t wait to go back!

Opened the door to our vacation space and we were super glad. Beautiful open space, well maintained and properly stocked for our needs. The walking paths on the grounds and to “The Village” was a thing we didn’t know we needed 😀. Excellence all around.
