Located in the 45 Degrees North neighborhood this home is just a short walk from Town Center shops, restaurants, and the Skyline Shuttle stop to the resort! This luxury townhome is a 3-level home with the living area on the main floor, three bedrooms upstairs, and a guest bedroom, and a second living area on the lower level that is perfect for family game night.

In winter, you are within walking distance of the ski resort shuttle. Get your gear at Ramshorn Outdoors who will deliver to your door! Check out the ice skating rink in walking distance to the townhome (weather dependant), then head over to Pinky G's brand new Big Sky location for pizza night!

During the summer months, you are minutes away from Ousel Falls Trailhead. After your hike, cool off with freshly scooped ice cream at The Hungry Moose Market and Deli. Rent bikes at Gallatin Alpine Sports and check out local trails, 'Uplands' and 'Hummocks', that are just minutes from the home.

Summer guests are encouraged to take part in good ole' Montana A/C which is opening windows at night and closing them up during the day. Closing them during the day will help keep cool air inside, and we ask that you do so if you are not present at the home as well.

Transportation to Big Sky from Bozeman Airport
In order to experience all that Big Sky has to offer, it is helpful to have access to a vehicle during your stay. This allows you to travel seamlessly throughout the community from the Gallatin River to Lone Peak. While ride-sharing and taxi services are abundant in other communities, Big Sky remains a small town with limited options for transportation. We offer a 5% discount code to Explore Rentals for confirmed guests. They are located minutes away from the Bozeman Airport and provide 4 wheel drive vehicles with dedicated snow tires in the winter and all-season tires in the summer!

Great stay

Perfect spot for a group, super walkable
We had a small group in Big Sky to run one of The Rut races. This house was perfect because it allowed us to be right in the Meadows, walkable to restaurants and bars, and super easy staging ground for the race. I hope we get the chance to stay here again next time.

Fantastic location, kid friendly!
My family and I stayed at this property with two other households, and it was great! Bedrooms are spacious and all the ones upstairs have en suite bathrooms which made everything really easy. We brought out almost 2 year old with us, and the house was generally safe for him to run about, considering that it hadn't been specifically child-proofed. There were plenty of toys for him to play with already there. The location is great, within a 5 min walk to the BASE community center (they have story time and toddler activities several times a week). All the main things you want such as grocery stores, liquor store, etc. are all within walking distance as well. The only thing people ever had to drive to was the ski area. Overall a great family spot!
