Beautiful 105 m2 apartment, centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer.

This apartment can sleep up to 5 people comfortably.

Fitted with a comfy sofa, unwind in the living room after a busy day of exploring the city. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home!

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

The bedrooms contain a comfy queen-sized bed, a double bed, and a single bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, such as a shower and 2 sinks. Toilets are separate. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

The XIth district is not the most touristic area, in the sense that there is little to see but a lot to experiment. During the day, the Bastille is known for its column, but once night falls, the neighborhood can finally express itself: restaurants, bars, nightclubs ... escape to the trendy Paris, full of life and madness.
The Atelier des Lumières (art center) is less than 300 meters away, in the 11th district. The Père Lachaise cemetery (graves of famous people like that Jim Morrison) can also be considered a tourist spot and is located 600 meters away, although it is located in the 20th arrondissement. Place des Vosges is also only 1.5 km away.

Looking for a animated atmosphere? Oberkampf is the place for you! Known as one of the city's most upscale neighborhoods, enjoy bars and restaurants to sip your Mojito by listening to jazz on the terrace after a long day in the capital.

Metro: 9 (Saint Ambroise) and also la line 3 (Rue Saint Maur)
Bus: 20, 46, 56, 96

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 150€ included.
