Welcome to Nihi Kai 802, a newly remodeled condo with one of the most convenient locations in Poipu. Situated high up on the hill leading to Poipu Crater, this property offers amazing ocean views and sunsets from the lanai, while also providing a peaceful atmosphere away from road noise. Located directly across the street from the ocean and just half a block from Poipu Beach Park, you'll have easy access to the beautiful beaches.

The condo offers drive-in and drive-out access with the front door located directly off the parking lot. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with new stainless steel appliances, and the bathrooms have undergone full renovations. New carpet has been installed throughout, along with hurricane-proof windows and sliding doors.

Within a 3-minute walk, you can reach Brennecke's Beach and Poipu Beach to the west, or take a 15-minute walk to Shipwreck Beach and the Grand Hyatt to the east. The on-site pool is available for all guests, and BBQ facilities are conveniently located just steps from the front door. If you're looking for dining, shopping, and restaurants, they are only a short 3-minute drive away, offering a world-class experience.

Beautiful Kauai Holiday Stay

We loved our time here! The unit was very comfortable, with on-demand AC in the living room and both bedrooms, a small but well stocked kitchen, and balcony with beautiful view of gardens and ocean. The nearby pool was beautiful and both Brennecke and Poipu beaches just a short walk way. The boogie boards, beach chairs and coolers are really nice touches, reducing the need to buy or rent these. We would happily stay here again!

Great Condo

Our group of 4 adults really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The sunset view was stunning from the lani. The rooms and accommodations very comfortable. Nice kitchen. The ceiling fans were nice no air conditioning needed. Beautiful bathrooms, showers great sink in guest bath. Nice property and location. Thanks for sharing.

Fantastic!!

Great location with awesome ocean view. We watched the whales jumping from the lanai. Very clean, well stocked, very nice place. Would definitely stay again.
