Gîte Le Manège ligt in een geheel vrijstaand bijgebouw van het huis van de eigenaar en is een oase van rust. Woonkamer met open keuken, bijkeuken, eethoek en zithoek. Twin slaapkamer (2 bedden van 90X200) met privé badkamer (inloopdouche en wc) en een tweepersoonsslaapkamer (bed van 160X200) met badkamer en aparte wc. Buiten beschikt u over een mooi intiem terras met pergola, ligstoelen, tuin, parkeerplaats en boomgaard van de eigenaar. Ook kunt u in overleg gebruik maken van het verwarmde zwembad van de eigenaar (niet op zondag). Vanaf 1 november is de fitnessruimte met jacuzzi beschikbaar (20€/2 à 4 personen), en een speelzaal (biljart, flipperkast). Elektriciteit is inclusief, verwarming wordt apart berekend. De bedden zijn opgemaakt, lakens en huishoudlinnen worden verstrekt. Korting bij 2 personen op aanvraag. Alle gemakken van de grote stad (supermarkt, bakker, kranten, restaurants, etc.) in een plattelandsomgeving. 2 minuten van de factory outlets, 10 minuten van het stadscentrum van Troyes en 15 km van de Meren van het Forêt d’Orient.
