The Clos des Berdins - SAINT JEAN DE BONNEVAL

This former barn from 1860, which once served as a stable, has been restored while retaining some of its original features. Just 5 minutes away, you’ll find local shops (a mini-market, pharmacy, bank, bakery, etc.), and within 10 minutes, you’ll have access to all kinds of stores and amenities. A vending machine for bread and pastries is available on the church square, 500 metres away. The cottage is located 300 metres from Mr. Dartus, Nicolas, a professional cutler and blacksmith, who offers workshops. On the ground floor, the cottage features a living room with a sitting area and a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a small reading nook and a space for board games on the mezzanine, two double bedrooms (140x190 beds), and one twin bedroom (two 90x190 beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed), as well as a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Central heating is included in the price, as are electricity and the cleaning fee. The beds are made, and linens (tea towels, tablecloth, napkins) are provided. Outside, you’ll have access to a patio with patio furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue, sun loungers, a carport, a courtyard, and a 300 m² lawn beautifully adorned with flowers.
