In a residence on the beach, on the Right Bank. On the ground floor, P3 cabin consisting of a bright living room with tv and an air cooler, overlooking a terrace with a side sea view, a kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer, electric hob). Two bedrooms with a double bed 140cm, a cabin with a single bed 90cm, a bathroom with bath (washing machine) and a separate toilet. Ideal location, direct access to the beach. Close to the city center and all shops. Furnished and equipped for 4 people.

OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Set of sheets: 15€/ Bed (Flat sheets x2)
- Towel kit: 7€ / Person
- Household: 80€ P3 (Free of pet hair)

Two deposit checks are to be given to us on the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for the apartment and 100€ deposit household), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
The handing over of keys is done in our real estate agency.

    le : appartement très bien situéle : accès à la ville à piedle : machine à laver (dommage que l'étendoir soit très petit et cela ne permet pas d'étaler le linge contenu dans la machineles - : - pas de hottes, les odeurs de cuisine restent longtemps- refroidisseur d'air très bruyant et très peu efficace- longueur du lit. la planche en bois au bout du lit empêche les personnes de d'1m85 de dormir correctement.- poubelle trop grande donc reste sur la terrasse alors qu'une petite serait parfaite en dessous de l'évier- bruit des voitures qui se garent à toutes heures juste devant les fenêtresL'appartement pourrait être parfait s'il y avait quelques aménagements et rénovations faites.Un air-conditionné permettrait par exemple de ne pas ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit et de ne pas entendre les voitures

    Appartement bien situé, calme tout en étant à proximité de la plage et des commerces.

    Le plus c’est la proximité du centre ville tout en étant au calme. Pas trop chaud car exposition ouest. Le moins, les voitures qui se garent devant la terrasse.
