Northeast Neighbors (NEN) encompasses a beautiful historic part of Salem, including the Court-Chemeketa Historic District, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The neighborhood is roughly bordered by State Street to the south, the Oregon State Fair property to the north, the Union Pacific railroad to the west with a slight jog westerly around Parrish Middle School and the surrounding neighborhood and 24th Avenue NE to the east.

Great little Vrbo in the heart of the city

This property is clean, quiet, and beautiful. It's only a couple blocks from a grocery store; it's less than 5 minutes from the city center, yet it is quiet and calm. Highly recommend.

Comfortable house in a nice neighborhood

First time in this house. We plan to return to it next time we visit Salem. Everything we needed was provided, unlike some other places we have stayed. Angela has been our hostess before. She’s great, very responsive and supportive!

Lovely weekend getaway in Salem

Currently I have 10 vacation rentals in Salem, 1 In Independence Oregon towards the coast and wine country and 1 in Stayton Oregon on the trail to Silver Falls State park and the Oregon Gardens!
