The views from this home were beautiful. We had 5 kids with us so watching all the trains go by was a big deal/free entertainment. We had a few days of unexpecyed snow, so the game room in the garage was a real life saver and so much fun. One downside was the lack of utensils, there was one for each person so we had to wash dishes after every single meal. We had 8 people, and there were 7 forks.

Thank you so much for your kind review! We ’re really glad you and your family enjoyed the views—and it’s great to hear the trains and game room were a hit, especially with the unexpected snow 😊
We truly appreciate you pointing out the utensil shortage as well. That’s absolutely something we should have had fully stocked, and we’ve already taken care of it, so future guests won’t run into the same issue.
Thanks again for staying with us—we’d love to host you and your family again anytime!
Host was very responsive. We had 5 people and enjoyed a wonderful thanksgiving meal at the house. Well-appointed kitchen. Very comfy beds. Huge backyard and views of the mountains from both sides. We would stay there again!
The BEST house for our large party! Perfect location and such a cute house! Attention to detail was spot on! Hosts were responsive and proactive! Thank you! We’ll be back!
Tepi was very good about communicating throughout our visit. We had plenty of space for a large family gathering. The family said they enjoyed there visit even though our reunion was for a family loss.
Great place for a small group of friends to relax after skiing. Centrally located close to the airport with easy access to Bozeman, Bridger bowl, and hot springs.

Daniel, we are so happy you stayed and had a great time around town. You left the place in great shape and are welcome back anytime.
Everything was wonderful and as described. Perfect set up for our party of 8. Yes, the train is nearby and runs in the night but with the windows closed you really don't notice it. If you're a light sleeper just bring ear plugs. No biggie! Location is great and close to everything! Easy to get around. The deck is a wonderful place to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful mountain air!

Thank you Teresa! I’m so happy to hear that your stay at Bozeman Haus was successful. We look forward to hosting you again!
We had a little issue with the PIN for the front door a few times but that is likely user error on our side. The house is nice, clean and the location is ok.
Great location, very clean, and you can tell how much time and money they have put into the house. Wish we would have had some communication about the number of people staying in the house because when the number went down the cost for the extra people should have gone down too, but other than that it was a great stay!
The property was great. Close to the airport and only about 10 minutes from downtown Bozeman. Plenty of room for everyone. Bed were very comfortable. Only draw back was the train does pass across the street occasionally but not a deal breaker.

So glad you loved your stay and our property. You left the place looking great! We are always looking for ways to make it the best stay possible. Working on adding some fencing and hedges in the front yard. I think you will love it next time you come and stay :)
Recently remodeled split level with a large back yard, deck and patio. Perfect for family gathering with a dog or two. Good location if you don't want to be downtown in the middle of traffic, but close enough to be convienient.

Tonya we appreciate your review and are so glad you had a wonderful time in Montana and in our home.
While the house itself is very nice with all the amenities. It is very close the train/airport and interstate so very busy and loud throughout our stay.
This property is beautifully decorated and only about 10 minutes from downtown Bozeman. If you are traveling in the summer, please know there is no air conditioning. This may be a regional difference, but we were not expecting it to be so warm indoors.
House was very clean. Check in is right at 4pm, not earlier. Nice backyard to be able to play games and have a bonfire. We had an almost 2 year old and a 3 year old with us and the house was setup great to accommodate our kids. The trains and airplanes were very entertaining for our kids, too. The only negative were the uncomfortable metal chairs and barstools for sitting around the table to eat. Overall, a great time and good house to stay at.
We really enjoyed this space outside of Bozeman. Perfect spot in the middle of downtown and the airport. The house was great for hosting large families - there were 8 of us. Next to the train but we didn’t really hear it much. Huge backyard for relaxing and playing games. Nice kitchen with all the amenities and comfy rooms/beds. Would have liked more A/C units as the house got hot during the day and nights. Everything else was great and Pamella was a communicative host. Would stay again!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Location
The house was very clean, had a good set up and the beds and other furnishings were very comfortable. In that way, it was exactly what we were looking for. The house also has a very nice backyard and it is well appointed. Finally, the hosts were very good communicators. There is a train across the street that runs often, but we are heavy sleepers and it was not a problem. This would be a problem for some people, however. There are a few big items that all should know. First, while everything is relative, I would not suggest this house is "just outside of downtown Bozeman" as the hosts suggest. It is a good 15 minute drive from the middle of downtown with no traffic. The house is next to a few other homes on a very busy frontage road. Potential guest should know this frontage road does make entering and exiting the driveway of the home a bit of a challenge, due to traffic. The house and the yard are not fancy and the yard could use some work, but we were not looking for fancy. The outside door pad was tricky to use. Would I stay here again? Yes, if there were no better options. It's just okay.
Property was clean and had most kitchen necessities. The PIN number for the lock is a bit tricky, but we figured that out. Frontage road, interstate and train traffic is noisy. Garage ceiling is low, so was unable to park a truck inside. A/C window units in a couple of rooms. Was not too warm when we were there, so was not an issue.

About the host
Hosted by Tepi Benjamins
We're a spontaneous family of 4 who love roadtrips and enjoy the outdoors. We fell in love with Bozeman in 2020 on a random family trip and never looked back. We knew that we needed to own a piece of heaven and wanted to share our love for Montana with everyone.
Why they chose this property
Our friends and neighbors in Bozeman are the best! We love this neighborhood because Bozeman Haus is close to the airport, Cherry River, Target, and Bozeman Beach.
What makes this property unique
Bozeman Haus is easy to find, 10 minutes from the Airport and 11 minutes from MSU. It also sleeps 8 people and accommodates multiple families. Plus, we are a dog-friendly property with a huge backyard for kids to run and play.
