The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 10 or outside, on the balcony or in the garden enjoying views of the swimming pool, the sea, the mountains and the city.

I cannot rave more about the hosts !!!! I cannot rave more regarding their wonderful home!!!! Any family looking for a special family time to bond and have a comfortable time together this is the place to have a amazing family experience --absolutely recommend

Lovely Spetses villa

The villa was perfect for our stay in Spetses. It was centrally located with easy access to the main town and all its shops and restaurants..it was an easy 10 minute walk into the main town although the walk back up was steep so older or less fir people may struggle so it might be worth considering hiring a quad bike or motorbike. However we walked it every day and it was fine, if a little hard work! The villa was beautifully decorated with good facilities including a good size pool and pretty garden with lots of flowers. The view from the villa was fantastic, with panoramic view of the town and sea. The owners - Katerina and Yiannis - were lovely .. welcoming and helpful and always on hand if necessary. I would thoroughly recommend the villa for a stay in Spetses… which is our favourite Greek island! I would say that the agency, Homerez, were not good .. very hard to get hold of, very slow in responding. But the villa itself and the lovely owners were fabulous!

Lovely Greek villa with fabulous views

The villa was lovely, beautifully decorated in traditional but contemporary Greek style. The outside space was very pretty with a good size pool. It was extremely well kept and clean and was a cool and pretty place to stay. The walk down to the centre of Spetses was easy… about 10 minutes. The walk back uphill was quite steep so older people may struggle but we did it every day and it was completely manageable. Worth getting a big shop delivered by the supermarket (we did) on the first day or so to save having to carry heavy items. The owners- Yannis and Katerina - were very friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this villa for a fabulous stay in Spetses.
