Bait and switch

The owner posted information and photos for the more upscale of two hotels on the property but booked us for the less expensive one. The posting showed an ocean view but we only got a view of the parking lot. Only after 3 days and multiple emails did we get to have access to some of the amenities of the nicer hotel. He only offered us a partial refund on the stay if we were willing to sit through a 3 hour time share presentation.

This property far exceeded our expectations. The suite was spacious and beautiful, the staff is incredible and the restaurants and property are fantastic. We'll be booking again soon.
