Timber Lodge - Private, Serene Cabin with Game Room for Kids

This beautiful and spacious cabin is located in a peacful, wooded, mountain setting in Todd, NC. Open floor plan on the main level with large kitchen and living area is inviting for you and your family to enjoy each other's company. Large master bedroom and master bathroom with whirlpool tub on main level.

Upstairs you will find a two large bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has one Twin and one Full beds and the other bedroom has one Queen bed.

Downstairs is a large game room with a full-sized pool table and ping-pong table top, wet-bar, laundry and another full bath and bonus room with four twin bunk beds and two full sized futons. Another flat screen TV downstairs has a set up for movies and gaming for the kids and kids at heart.

Inviting big deck on main level and covered porch on the ground level allow you to relax and unwind while you watch the kids on the tree swing. Nicely landscaped walkways take you to fire ring below.

The cabin is located in Todd, NC. Public access to the New River for tubing and fly fishing is just minutes away in the quaint village. Hiking and biking are also popular activities throughout the High Country. Boone and West Jefferson are short drives away.

-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
