Contemporary home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Perfectly positioned just far enough from the "city", yet close enough to still have fun!
Comfortable environment that is minutes from I-75 and I-285. Only 15 miles from downtown Atlanta, Atlantic Station, and The Mercedes Benz Stadium. Less than 5 miles to Downtown Marietta and the Marietta Square, Suntrust Park, The Battery Atlanta, and Cumberland Mall. Numerous restaurants;: Pappadeaux’s, red lobster, Creole seafood, And my all-time favorite Los Bravos Mexican food. Oh and don’t forget the Marietta burger bar, and the Marietta square pizzeria, and so much more. Parks, bike and walking trails, canoeing, all by the Chattahoochee river side. Shopping, and nightlife options available for all ages, and a great area for Uber/Lyft.

Convenient and comfy

Easy to find, super convenient to shopping, quiet neighborhood. Not a new home but has some nice modern updates. Comfy beds and linens.

It was ok.

Nice place. Needs improvement. Dryer vent may have been gloged so we couldn't dry clothing. Walls had a dent in it on the stairs before we got there. Also some walls could use fresh paint. Over all it is a very nice place.

Clean, spacious and inexpensive home

Overall, we had a nice stay at the property. It appears that there have been some recent upgrades to the home, including refurbished bathrooms and kitchen. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. It was also immaculately clean when we arrived. It was also located in a quiet neighborhood not too far from I-75, which made it convenient to get to downtown Atlanta.

We rented this home for a quick weekend visit with family.

This home was beautiful, peaceful, and exactly as advertised. The owners leave a personal greeting for everyone who rents from them and are very easy to reach and communicate with. We would definitely stay again!
