There are four bedrooms all with Smart TVs, except for the bunk bed room, with premium cable programming in living room and the following bed setup: Master has a king mattress with walk-in closet/private bathroom/crib along with access to the pool/spa area, 2nd bedroom features a three story bunk bed containing three individual twin beds, 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 4th bedroom a full bed. Master bathroom features a walk-in shower and double vanity sink. Bathroom #2 and #3 have walk-in showers.
The living room also contains a large couch with two comfy lounge chairs and SmartTV with premium programming along with a door entrance into the pool area. Upstairs game room loft has a SmartTV, foosball, air hockey, vintage arcade games, darts, and other fun games.
Pool with spa heating available at $60 per day including spa or spa only at $35 a night. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 85 degrees, 104 degrees for the spa. Let us know in advance if interested in heating. There are propane and charcoal BBQs and large private backyard entertainment area.
Kitchen is modern and well stocked with keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, blender, pots, pans, glasses (wine, mugs, cups), plates, bowls, oven, stove, utensils, silverware, fridge with ice in door with water dispenser, cooking basics: oil, salt & pepper. Many more kitchen items provided not listed. Guest starter kit includes coffee, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner.
Additional amenities include some toys available for children to play with, crib, family board games, beach towels, hangers, linens, extra pillows, blankets, propane tank BBQ grill and charcoal grill, umbrella, shaded outdoor patio dining with six chairs, and two pool lounge chairs.

If you would like to bring your small dog(s) to the property there is a $100 non-refundable dog fee per dog. Two dogs max and dogs must be house trained and they are not allowed on bedding or furniture. This fee covers a complete post-stay extensive clean for every stay with a dog. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can submit the bill to you before your arrival. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with this pet policy.
Two outdoor security cameras both by garage and one by pool. Cameras are on and record video for 24hr. No live video is monitored. A ring doorbell camera is present. There is an indoor and outdoor Noiseaware sensor for noise thresholds per city rules.
Additional rules:
- A vacation rental agreement with list of guests staying and emergency contact is required to fill out before arrival
- Cleaning fee covers two or three housekeepers onsite for 3.5hrs. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments.
- (For long term guests only staying over three weeks) Unless pre-approved in advance to waive there is a mandatory guest paid housekeeping service are required every three weeks to help us keep the homes cleanliness level to our standards. Service includes laundry (linens, towels, etc.), floors/carpets, bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, living rooms, dusting, etc. Two or three housekeepers will be onsite. Guests must vacate the premises during the cleaning service to allow our staff to perform their job more efficiently.
