Even more beautiful than the photos!

My family had a wonderful time at this rental over Thanksgiving. We all kept saying it was so beautiful! The pool was great, the kitchen was perfect and easy to cook in. There was plenty of space for us all. I've spent probably 10 years staying in rentals around the Palm Desert area, and hands down this was the best.

Excellent communication from Blanca and the house is beautiful. We really appreciated the real crib for the baby, not just a pack and play. Kitchen is well appointed and very comfy living and dining areas. Beds nice, super comfortable. Will stay again when vistiing family in the desert.

This is the second time I have been here and plan on going back many more times. It is such a beautiful oasis and we had the best time. The home is beautiful the backyard I never wanted to leave. I have already referred to other friends and will be booking again before summer ends. Appreciate how easy it was as I needed it after a couple months of stress. Definitely book here. This home has everything you need for a nice getaway with your family. Tons of kitchen supplies, comfy queen beds, updated bathrooms, firepits, great AC and plenty of space to cook, lounge and gather. Super close to grocery stores and restaurants, plus a great park across the street to run and play. The pool is perfect for little kids and families and there's a great outdoor shower and restroom!

Book for the backyard

The backyard and kitchen are wonderful. The jacuzzi was very difficult to figure out. All of the beds are very uncomfortable.

After reviewing your feedback, the homeowner wanted to share the following:- The hot tub is fully functional, and a technician was able to get it working within minutes. However, we’ll review the instructions to ensure they are as clear as possible for future guests.- Mattress comfort can be subjective, and we have not received previous complaints about the beds. However, we take guest feedback seriously and will be replacing mattresses one bedroom at a time to enhance the guest experience.We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Spacious and has everything you need!

This is the perfect house for a family trip. Plenty of space to cook, lounge and gather, plus there is a kitchen full of everything you need to make any kind of meal. The AC works, great and there are plenty of towels plus some updated bathrooms. There is a nice park acorss the street if and of course the backyard/pool is perfect for families with small children.

Fabulous house and backyard

I have stayed in many vacation rentals and this was the fourth in the Palm Springs area. This property exceeded all expectations. The house was large and spacious for the dinners we hosted with our family. The backyard had so much seating and we felt like we were in our own resort. We hope to be back next year in this house.

We loved this house!

We enjoyed the back pool area with the hot tub, pool, fire pit and fire table. Loved the location as it was quick and easy to get many places. There were four couples on a golf trip and had a great time! The beds need replacing - lots of squeaks and not comfortable for some of us. The decorating and amenities in the kitchen were outstanding.

50th Anniversary weekend

We had a wonderful time at this Indio property. The 4 bedrooms and baths were perfect for my 3 adult children and their spouses. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor area. There were several areas in the yard to read, relax and spend quality time.We brought our own condiments and coffee. There were lots of spices to choose from. The TV was a bit tricky for me, but the kids figured it out. ;). The location was convenient to walk for coffee or groceries.We really enjoyed our time here.

Beautiful Home, Excellent Location

Spring break escape with the kids. We appreciated the wonderfully heated pool when the desert was on the cooler side, and we enjoyed the patio to relax when we weren't using the pool. The house was warm and welcoming, and with three teenagers, we appreciated that there were plenty of bathrooms. The house's location was perfect for us, too. We took the scenic route into Palm Springs and Palm Desert, which allowed us to explore areas we hadn't seen before. We plan on coming back again in the future for a longer stay.

We had a weekend get together of four girlfriends. This house was perfect! We each had our own bedroom and own bathroom. The kitchen has all new appliances and is stocked with every dish and utensil you may need. There is a huge couch that easily holds four for talking and gathering. There are even games! The pool is very nice with a waterfall and many umbrellas to provide shade. There are multiple places to sit in the back yard.The house was clean and the owner got back to me very quickly when I had questions.We would stay there again!

House was great, dealing with Evolve management company was a problem

The house was great but for some reason the listing takes you out of VRBO and makes you book through a company called Evolve. We've had problems with them in the past. This time the billing has been a nightmare. I have received at least 4 different invoices with drastically different totals on them and my bank account has been charged more that it should. It's been a total waste of my time and very frustrating.

Great Spot for a Family Reunion!

This home is exactly as pictured. There are four bedrooms, all with queen beds, and four bathrooms, two ensuite. While not luxurious, the house is very comfortable and lovely. The kitchen is well equipped and the owners are gracious about the stock of spices, herbs, oils and vinegars. If you are planning to cook here, there is a Ralphs supermarket (with a Starbucks) walking distance from the place along with a CVS in the same shopping center--very convenient. The backyard really makes this place terrific, there are multiple seating areas in the yard, a grill and a fire pit as well as a pool/hot tub which can be heated for you at an extra charge. Ample spots for morning coffee or afternoon/evening cocktails. And if you want to hang out inside, there are also many spots to gather indoors--dining room, living room, kitchen area and family room. Plenty of space for everyone and lots of spots to gather or have some alone time. The neighborhood has a "green" in the center and several brisk orbits around the neighborhood make for a great morning workout.
