lovingly and high quality renovated and partly equipped with antique furniture.
Look forward to a special living experience

You live in a quiet side street. It is only 100 meters to the 'good room of Günzburg' the market place with Mediterranean flair. Here you will find restaurants, ice cream parlors and various shops for daily needs (bakers, butchers etc.)

Great location and beautiful, thoughtfully renovated house

We had a great stay in Axel’s house. We were travelling with our young boys and my elderly mum. It was an easy walk from the train station and perfect for catching the bus to Legoland. My mum had a good time walking around the nice town of Günzburg from the very centrally located house. Great communication with helpful owner.

Schnuckelige Fewo in "Klein-Wien"

Sehr sauber und super ausgestattete FeWo, Kontakt mit dem Vermieter nett und prompt. Niedrige Deckenhöhe und steile Treppen waren eine lustige Herausforderung. Lage in Günzburg optimal (Bahnhof, Bäcker, Supermarkt fußläufig), Günzburg lohnt einen Besuch.

Nettes Häuschen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben die besondere Atmosphäre in der Wohnung genossen. Meine Jungs waren von dem Giebelzimmer begeistert und Oma von den gemütlichen Betten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Küche gut eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Historisches Haus in toller Lage

Es ist toll wenn man ein Haus mit Geschichte sucht. Das kommt mit ein paar kleinen Themen z.b. nur ein Bad auf der ersten Etage, relativ enge Treppe und Deckenhöhe teilweise unter 1.90m. Ansonsten alles tip top.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt

Unser Aufenthalt war wundervoll. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, in der Küche war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten, die Wohnung ist ganz wundervoll und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung liegt ganz in der Nähe von der Fußgängerzone, so dass wir abends in die Restaurants gehen konnten. Tagsüber haben wir das LEGOLAND besucht. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Schöner Aufenthalt in hübscher Altstadt

Leider entsprach die Mikrowelle, der Backofen, der Geschirrspühler und der Kühlschrank nicht unseren Erwartungen punkto Sauberkeit. Es waren teilweise Speisereste und Fettablagerungen vorhanden. Zudem waren einzelne Möbelstücke beschädigt. Ansonsten sehr schöne Wohnung in der Altstadt mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten und schnellem Anschluss ans Legoland. Wird in Zukunft mehr Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt, so ist die Unterkunft absolut zu empfehlen.

Wir haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt in diesem Haus. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht, und das vor allem auch in ausreichender Anzahl (z. B. Geschirr und Gläser). Super!

Gemütlicher Kurzurlaub

Nachdem wir die Eingangstür zum Ferienhaus seitlich in einer Nischengasse gefunden hatten, war der Aufenthalt sehr entspannt. Auf 4 Etagen ist alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Lediglich den Dachboden haben wir gemieden, weil die Treppe bauartbedingt sehr schmal ist und das Drahtseil-Geländer wackelte. Dafür waren die Betten bequem, das Sofa ausreichend und die Küche bot alles, was man sich vorstellt.

Wir waren in Günzburg für 2 Nächte, da wir das Legoland besuchten. Die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Da die sehr zentral liegt ist auch vieles schnell erreichbar. Vielen Dank!

Schöne Unterkunft in historischem Ambiente

Wir waren 2 Familien, die für einen Aufenthalt im Legoland ein Wochenende in der Unterkunft übernachteten. Das Haus liegt mitten im historischen Stadtkern und ist entsprechend gestaltet. Küche und Badezimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Kleiner Nachteil: Es gibt nur ein Bdezimmer. Bei 8 Personen erfordert das eine gute Absprache untereinander. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Auch die Kommunikation und der Check In und Check Out verliefen reibungslos. Vielen Dank an Herrn Jordan 🙂

Es hat einfach alles gepasst!!! Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Jordan was hervorragend, die Wohnung sehr schön, sauber und ruhig. Ein extra WC wäre wünschenswert bei der Belegung mit 8 Personen. Wir überlegen uns wiederzukommen!! Vielen Dank!
