Our space includes two bedrooms: 1st- 2 queen beds, 2nd- 2 queen beds. Enjoy some time out on the patio with a gas fire pit, grill and a cup of coffee or a delightful book. No pets, No smoking indoors.
We are 1 mile or less from HyVee, Aldis, Wal-Mart, Lewis, Texas Roadhouse, Scooters Coffee Shop & many other restaraunts, parks, gas stations, library, etc.
There are taxi and Lyft services available.
Absolutely NO alcohol parties, NO under age drinking, NO drugs, NO pets, NO smoking inside. If 21 and younger, proof of ID's will be required at check in. If there is under age drinking, you will have to pay a security deposit, the police will be called and you will have to leave immediately. Then, I will have to report you to VRBO.

Great place to stay!

We were very pleased with our stay. It was clean and provided what we needed for our weekend stay. It was in a great location for us and provided privacy and comfort during a family funeral. It was quiet and the owner was very accommodating. I would stay here again.

Very Pleasant Stay

We were here visiting family at Good Samaritan! It was wonderful to be within walking distance! The house was clean and comfortable. Charlotte was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed! Highly recommend!!

Long weekend golf trip

Stayed here for a long weekend golf trip and couldn’t have been happier. It was clean, check in and out was as easy as possible! It was hot and humid all weekend but the place was nice and cool. All the amenities that you could possibly need. Loved the welcome snack basket. I would definitely recommend a stay here

Awesome cozy corner!

Cozy corner is an amazing place to stay! Charlotte and her husband and granddaughters are super nice! She has everything from a potty chair and a step stool to games,comfy beds, and so much more. Great place for me to relax and celebrate my birthday!

Short but Sweet

Our stay was very short, but enjoyable. The house was very clean and organized well with everything labeled. The kids enjoyed playing the old Nintendo and with all the toys in the closet. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds fairly comfortable. We liked that there were tvs in each room. We didn't get to enjoy the patio, but it looked nice and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. The checkout was very easy as far as what we needed to clean. Thank you!

Charlotte's home is absolutely beautiful! She is so thoughtful in the way that she set everything up. Everything that we could have needed was provided for us. This property was so charming and welcoming. It was perfectly located close to everything we needed. The property owner was wonderful with communication. The beds were comfortable. The home was clean. The bathroom was clean. The kitchen was large and clean. They have a very cute porch area when you enter that they have lit with lights and is perfect for gathering to eat and talk and play games. Inside they have a foosball table and a closet full of toys for kids (or husbands who refuse to grow up ;) They have thought of everything, down to the disposable ear plugs available for sleeping. All the drawers and cabinets are labeled so you conveniently found anything you were looking for. When you arrive there is a clearly laid out binder with the house rules. It includes the renters preferences and requests of you, directions for things while you are staying & check out items or tasks. It made our stay flawless. We would definitely stay again the next time we are in town.

It was a clean and comfortable stay. Everything was well stocked. Beautiful area of South Dakota. Nice neighborhood. Two large bedrooms with plenty of room for a family. Very nice lower unit with a private entrance and quiet neighborhood.

Excellent communication and the private floor was very tastefully appointed. Fantastic covered sitting area outside and plenty of provided options for children and families. Nice location with easy access to the highway and nearby shopping centers, stores, and restaurants. Hosts live on site and were helpful without being obtrusive. Would definitely stay again and can recommend. Thank you for a great stay!

Quick getaway

Cozy Corner is exactly what it sounds like. The unit is very clean and comfortable. Charlotte and Roger have thought of everthing, right down to ear plugs! There are board games, toys for small children and high chairs. If ww come back this way we will definitely stay at Cozy Corner.

Lower half of house with privacy from owners on top. A good neighborhood close to shopping and interstate. Excellent for families with toys, laundry, and fully equipped kitchen. Very clean and organized for every need. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio area.

The pictures were accurate and the host messaged me the day before with directions. She thought of every little detail of what we would need from coffee and filters to extra toothbrushes. There was ice made in the fridge, a large coffee pot and waffle maker. Ver attentive we we needed something. We will use this property again when visiting family. 🙂
