RIMFIRE 309 - 1 BED, 1 BATH - BEDDING: QUEEN AND A QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA - Sunset views. Full kitchen. Rimfire is the perfect location for your vacation. Right in the heart of The Village, close to all the action. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee at Starbucks, dine in one of our fine restaurants, relax in one of the hot tubs located in the complex, or walk to any of the many activities going on. Access to underground parking and Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs are available at additional cost. NOTE: PER RIMFIRE HOA - There will be a $200 fee for any lost parking tickets.

LOCATED IN VILLAGE CENTRAL A SHORT WALK ACROSS THE VILLAGE PLAZA TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE BALLHOOTER LIFT AND SLOPES Access to underground parking and Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs are available at additional cost. NOTE: PER RIMFIRE HOA - There will be a $200 fee for any lost parking tickets.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ All last-minute reservations or those booked by West Virginia residents are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM

Skiing trip

Quick getaway trip long drive from Charlotte. We got to Snowshoe around 5:30 only to find out we need to drive down the mountain to pick up key. Limited internet connection did not make things easier. Wish we knew ahead of time that was the procedure.

Great place to stay for 4848 Music Festival

I'd read some "less than stellar" reviews about this property, so I was a bit nervous. But it was very nice! The bed was very comfortable, the fireplace worked perfectly, and the water pressure in the shower was great.

We all had a great time at Rimfire. Families chose their own rooms with the ease of gathering together in the evenings. Our room was great!

Broke down and outdated

Rimfire 309 is in shambles! The heat didn't work so Casago gave us two space heaters. The hot water didn't work for more than 5 minutes of a shower, so cold showers all around for my family. Casago had no solution just apologies. The air return vent continuously let in freezing cold air even with the heat turned off. The furnishings were old, worn and dust filled.
