Tourist tax to be paid 2.30 euros / day / adult person. Administration fee : 29 euros. Beds made and towels provided. Departure cleaning included. Arrival from 5 [hidden] to 7 [hidden], you have 24 hours to notify us of any dysfunction. Departure before 11:00. Optional breakfast 19 euros. Bad service

After surching and looking and asking for the Agency to collect the key’s we finaly found it 100 meters from the entrance . Why not sent a little map with directions ? To collect the key’s we had to wait more than one hour . One woman was working the other one Just sitting behind her computer ! Bad service ! You get a map with location and bye bye Parkingplace was 100 meters from the appartment and was not indicated with the right number ( invisible and worn out ) The Number of the appartment was not there so took Some time to find the right one . Entering the appartment was dirty . Sand and dust in the Floor . Television did not work . No instructions on How to use It . No wi Fi !! After calling for the right code the agency answered . We don’t know !! Conclusion : a bad rental agency only interested in themselves not the costumer . Easy things to improve but maintenance seems years and years ago .Sorry for This message but never Again with This rental agency called : agence RESID !!
