In a condominium very close to the sea, this studio is well equipped. Located 800 meters from the Port of La Flotte en Ré, and 100 meters from the sea, it is also close to all amenities. Outside a small sheltered terrace (with table + chairs). The particularly pleasant swimming pool (heated from May 15 to September 15) is of course at your disposal for the entire stay.
