In a condominium very close to the sea, this studio is well equipped. Located 800 meters from the Port of La Flotte en Ré, and 100 meters from the sea, it is also close to all amenities. It is a ground floor accommodation which includes: A main room has a sofa with a real lift-up bed and cupboards. The equipment is complete: multifunction oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, vacuum cleaner. This accommodation is equipped with a TV with digital channels. A bathroom with basin and Italian shower. An independent WC. A private parking space You have unlimited Internet access. Outside a small sheltered terrace (with table + chairs). The particularly pleasant swimming pool (heated from May 15 to September 15) is of course at your disposal for the entire stay.
