Beautiful comfortable, spacious (140 m2) and warm family home for 8 people on the Ardèche mountains at an altitude of 1200 m with magnificent views of the mountain and the village in a quiet environment conducive to rest.
Ideal place for nature lovers: swimming, paddles, pedal boats, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, tennis, multi-sports ground, football field, mushroom picking......
House 300 m from the heart of the village with all shops: bakeries, butchers, mini-market, restaurants, pizzeria, pharmacy, doctor, bowling alley ...
On Wednesday mornings a very large fabulous market
Everything is done on foot
Fully equipped house
Large living room with large cathedral living room with lots of charm and space (stone wall with exposed framework) as well as a fully equipped open kitchen: oven, induction, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee machine, freezer.
A 2nd relaxing living room flooded with light with the magnificent view.
3 bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a 160 cm bed with a small terrace, a 140 cm bed for the other with dressing room and the 3rd with a 140 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds
2 bathrooms: one with bathtub and the 2nd with shower
2 toilets, one with sink
A laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board as well as a freezer
You can enjoy a large adjoining plot with terrace with a large garden table, an outdoor lounge, barbecue and deckchair for two.
A garage with private parking spaces
Ideally placed place to visit the region with a tourist office in the centre of the village:
15 minutes from Lake Issarlés, 30 minutes from Gerbier de Joncs and the source of the Loire, 45 minutes from Puy en Velay, 1h30 from Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Pont d'Arc cave.....

Excellente Location

Très agréable séjour. Quartier très calme à 5 minutes du centre ville. La maison est confortable et très bien équipée. L'espace extérieur est agréablement calme (possibilité de faire barbecue) espace vert très bien entretenu... Rien ne manquait tout est pensé même le cadeau de bienvenue ! Je recommande cette location. Il n'y a aucune mauvaise surprise, tout est conforme à la description.

Excellent séjour

Contact très facile avec Patricia qui a été particulièrement attentive pour que le séjour se passe parfaitement. La maison est très bien située dans Coucouron et dispose de tout le confort nécessaire. Elle offre également une vue splendide sur les montagnes environnantes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons cet hébergement pour des vacances réussies en famille ou entre amis.

Très bonnes vacances dans ce gîte

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce gîte. L'exterieur et la terrasse sont très agréables. Patricia nous a très bien accueilli et s'est rendue disponible dès que nous en avions besoin.
