About this property

MANATEE WATCHING DEN ON PRIVATE ACRE CAN ACCOMODATE 6.
Sits on a private acre of land with some wooded area and wonderful private retreats, spa whirlpool, heated pool is community Olympic pool and bbq.
Walkout the backyard to community park with, olympic heated pool, beach volleyball, tennis courts, BBQ shared area. It is very centrally located, adjacent to the Crystal river airport and Bicentennial Park. Hunter Beach is 5 minutes away where kayaks can be rented to see the amazing THREE SISTER SPRINGS. It is an amazing experience, but you must be willing to row out to the springs since it is a good 35minutes there and 35minutes back, another way to experience the springs is to: take a pontoon tour that offers that site in its tour. Depending on the time of the year there are plenty of River Charters that offer manatee encounter experiences or simply will provide an assortment of river experiences. As per your stay with us, if you are not a woods person this is not the right place for you. If you however enjoy the sound of the crickets, the chirping of the birds, the view of a full moon, the smell of the woods and in general a nature person, this is an awesome retreat. I personally recommend as a Gulf tour to reach out to River Safaris where they host a nice GULF water tour on boat for $35.00 per person and it is about 3hours long its nice.

Very good stay in a cozy RV in the woods!

Overall we really enjoyed our weekend staying in Paula’s RV surrounded by tranquility of woods and nature. The RV and den had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Paula is a fantastic host and went out of her way to ensure we had a pleasant experience! She even left snacks for the kids. We will definitely stay in her RV again. Highly recommend!!

Be sure you know what you are renting.

We are a family of 5, 3 teens and 2 adults. We camp in our campers all the time. If you know how to camp you will love this place. It's an older camper, but nothing too bad. The host is what makes this stay worth it. She is awesome, over accommodating, super friendly.
