Nature and culture are steps away. Hiking trails are within walking distance or less than a mile by car. The historical Indian Canyons are located at the end of Palm Canyon Dr (seven miles). Take a short walk to the Moorten Botanical Gardens that now boasts 3, 000 examples of desert cacti and other desert plants. Be sure to take the 19-minute drive to the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway with a revolving 10-minute ascent that culminates at 8, 516 ft for spectacular views, hiking, and dining. Restaurants and shopping are close by, two miles to downtown Palm Springs mecca of shops and art galleries. You are also a short drive to everything, Grocery stores, malls, library, and golf, parks, and more.

THINGS TO KNOW
-Sandstone Villas is a gated community with electronic access by key card. Guest parking is also available.
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays.
-This home is managed by Vacation Palm Springs Real Estate, Inc.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
