Secluded, spacious and recently renovated condo close to downtown Palm Springs!!

This recently renovated condo provides all of the comforts of home in beautiful Palm Springs. The large bedroom with king bed is complete with a full ensuite bathroom, desk and private patio that provides a view of Mt. San Jacinto. The main living area provides ample room for dining and relaxing after a day in the sun. Palm Springs is known for its excellent dining options, but should you choose to eat in, there is a full kitchen with all the amenities to prepare a gourmet meal. Should you wish to BBQ, one is provided on the 2nd patio off of the main living area, adjacent to the kitchen. Additionally, there is a second bathroom off of a small room that contains a daybed with trundle.
Spend your days soaking up the sun and cooling off in the pool that is located just steps from this condo. Spend your evenings soaking in the hot tub that is surrounded by palm trees.
Located just minutes to downtown Palm Springs or the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, this condo also provides easy access to Highway 10 for excursions that are a further drive such as Cabazon Premium Outlets, Morongo Casino, Living Desert, Joshua Tree State Park, or one of the 150+ golf courses in the area.

Our host was very responsive. The place felt like a nice home, well-stocked with nice cooking utensils, foil, cling wrap, even parchment paper! Having 2 private patios, one on the East end of the condo and the other on the West, gave you versatile outdoor space, and view to the mountains in the West was wonderful

The Iconic Colony

This is a beautiful Palm Springs property. You can tell the family loves it. The Colony is friendly but private. The tall ceilings, views of the sunrise from the living room and San Jacinto from the master patio, and pet-friendly dog park make this a great place to be. We had a little trouble with the front door lock, but manager tried his best to find a workable solution. You do hear some road noise during rush hours, but all in all this is a gorgeous home. I especially appreciated the book collection and our ability to conduct our work tasks from the master bedroom desk.
