A Nightmare
To make a very long story short, there was no hot water or heat when it was in the negatives outside. Then there was a small gas explosion. We had to evacuate the house in panic. The fire department and ambulance had to come. This owner was too cheap to replace the boiler & the property management was too cheap to stop doing business with him despite this recklessness. To rent an unsafe and uninhabitable home is disgraceful. This was a nightmare for my family as we were there to celebrate my daughter turning 1. I had to grab my child and run out of the house as it shook, sounded like a bomb went off and things fell off of the wall. The plumber that came burned his face. The property management company then tried to put us into another rental that was too small to sleep the amount of people we had. Then the next property didn’t have heat in the main area until we spent an hour tinkering with it. Overall, a terrible experience despite folks at the company trying to be friendly to us. They did not offer a full refund. I had to demand it. It was salt in the wound. They did provide a Giftcard for food after ours was all ruined but $200 doesn’t get 10 people far in Breck. I also had to remind them that we had $350 worth of groceries and they sent a $175 Kings Soopers Giftcard; thanks for falling short again. This owner and property management company is frankly lucky they didn’t show up and there were 11 dead bodies from a larger gas explosion. Despicable.

2023 Ski trip
Perfect accommodations for our party of 5. Huge house with plenty of room. Definitely need an all wheel drive for the road to the house and the driveway. Only minutes away from Breckenridge ski drop off.
