108 Klack is an incredible home with lots of family space and beautiful bedrooms. It is a completely custom home, decorated in warm jewel tones and entirely hand painted. It is a 4 bedroom/4.5 bath mountain home that sleeps up to 12 and has all of the amenities needed for a large group or multi-family vacation. The great room offers expansive views of the Ten Mile Range and connects to a large open kitchen and dining room. The fully-equipped kitchen features top of the line appliances. The spacious granite island includes a four-chair eat-in breakfast bar and the formal dining table seats eight to ten comfortably. The basement is a great feature with it's own bar, large television, comfortable large sofa, and 4 twin beds. It is a nice way to divide adults and children/teens ... it is a very comfortable room.

Location - This custom home is an easy walk to the Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle, ice skating at the Breckenridge Ice Arena, sledding & tubing at Carter Park, as well as charming Main Street offering numerous shopping and dining options. The shuttle stop is located approximately 2 blocks away on French Street, giving you easy ski slope access within minutes.

Amenities - The lower level living area is filled with fun activities and is perfect for large families or groups. Bring everyone together with a game of foosball or darts. Or, simply relax on the huge sofa. There is a full-sized wet bar, wine refrigerator and full size refrigerator.

Additionally, the back patio features a private hot tub, gas fireplace and a gas grill.

Amazing property and very helpful hosts!
This property is absolutely gorgeous! There is tons of space and the hosts were extremely helpful. The view, patio area, kitchen, and bedrooms are all great. The hosts were very helpful and the home was very clean when we checked in. I highly recommend visiting this property if you have the chance.

Perfect for our family
The house was perfect for our 12 person family gathering. Children slept in the basement. Adults had their own rooms. Kitchen was great. Easy walk to town. Four car parking available but with no street parking we were jockeying cars a little.

Beautiful spacious home
This home is exactly as described. It is very nice. Perfect for our group of 9 (2 families). Well stocked. Great location. Half mile or less to Main Street and the village at Peak 9. There are also several bus stops very close, but we usually walked. Owner was very responsive and super sweet. We would definitely stay here again.

Great family stay in Breckenridge!
We stayed here with our two kids, and two other families with young kids. This house was absolutely perfect for us, and the host is very kind and responsive. Would recommend to anyone visiting - especially groups!

We purchased this home in 2002 and we have enjoyed it so much! Our family has grown up here. We are a family of 5 and live south of Denver. We have invited the same families year over year and have made many awesome memories there!

This coming season we will be traveling and so we decided to share this beautiful property with you.

Why they chose this property

Once we decided to purchase a mountain home, we wanted convenience to Denver, we wanted a family oriented town. We live on a ranch, so we thought it would be fun to live in walking distance of everything. It is a great change of pace.

We just love the kitchen and living room. The beautiful fireplace and incredible view are so welcoming. The home is casual yet somehow elegant. Our home is well maintained, is beautifully painted, and is appointed with western artwork.

The home is on 3 levels. There is a main floor master, 3 bedrooms upstairs and in the basement, there are 4 twin beds set up in an open area.

There is a beautiful patio for apre' ski time... soak in the hot tub, enjoy sitting by our beautiful gas fireplace and grill on our Lynx Grill.

What makes this property unique

This is a very comfortable home. It sits beautifully on the lot and has amazing views. You will definitely enjoy your time in our home.
