Good location near lovely restaurants

A nice apartment in a very good location. Near some lovely restaurants Jompra and o amigos. The apartment was on the ground floor so patio doors out into the garden was very nice just beware the automatic sprinklers come on at about 8am and stay on quite a while dont leave anything outside it gets drenched when on. Lacked kitchen utensils we had to buy some of our own. We were greeted by Sandrine who was very nice and communication before and while we were there was very good. While we were there the shower lever came away when being used in the correct way. Reported to Sandrine but it wasn't fixed until we left. Then we were sent the bill for €175 euros for something that should have been maintained by the owner. Have been trying to get in touch with the owner but all my messages have been ignored. So I would say very happy to take your money but not bothered when holiday is over. Its a shame because apart from this we had a lovely holiday.

Sarah I thank you for taking the time to leave an appreciation even if it is not very good, because I am concerned that travellers have an excellent stay in my flat. The automatic watering of the beautiful lawn of the residence is done in the morning from 8 to 8.30 am. We have already asked to change the times but without success. I am surprised that you were missing kitchen utensils as this is the house where I live for 9 months of the year and if you had wanted a utensil that I did not have, Sandrine would surely have brought it to you if you had asked. As for your problem with the shower THAT YOU BROKE . You reported it to us on Saturday evening and we had the shower column changed as soon as possible: Philippe

Great to be back !!!

As like many other folk we have finally be able to return to Portugal post C19 lockdowns. We have stayed in this complex several times and it is well maintained, secure, and within short walking distance of local bars / restaurant's. Great comms with Property Manager and we extended our stay with ease.
