Right off I-75, Less than 10 minutes to Punta Gorda airport with its own private boat ramp access to Peace River. The spacious floor plan gives plenty of room to watch tv together on the big screen in the living room, play games at the table or chill by the large HEATED pool. Master and second bedroom have adjustable bed frames with pillow top mattress in guest bedroom and memory foam in master! Sleep like a KING here! Prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner in the full kitchen and dine together at the table. Sip coffee or drinks by the pool, enjoy a breakfast with friends, or take a short drive to many beach options, closest one is just 15 min away! Just 10 minutes to downtown Punta Gorda and Fisherman’s Village!
