About this property

This cute two bedroom two bath property has a queen and full over full bunk beds, with a couch and loveseat in living room. There’s a full size refrigerator and stove and plenty of kitchen and dining space. The front porch is covered with a roll down shade for privacy if needed. Golf cart included and gas grill located in the building. Located on a quiet street and just steps from a fishing pond and one block from the beach. This property is in a gated community with tons of amenities. Water park, putt putt, snack bars, laundromat and general store. Must be 25 to rent and no pets unless prior approval. No smoking/vaping in the house. No house parties. Can sleep 6 people. Must be 16 with license to drive golf cart per rules of Ocean Lakes. Not responsible for providing another golf cart if anything happens to the one provided. It is a complimentary add on. There is a 7 night minimum for May-August. Ocean Lakes does charge a daily parking fee of 12 per day for preregistration or 15 day of arrival.

Very Clean

It was perfect for me, my husband and mother in law. The house was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Living room had a nice tv and couches were also comfortable. Kitchen very spacious and well equipped. Really enjoyed riding the golf cart around. April was super nice and was spot on with all instructions to us. Would definitely stay there again!

April, the property owner, kept in touch with us for any of our questions or needs. The property had everything we needed for our stay other than the sheets and towels which we were aware of in advance.

DO NOT STAY HERE

We are very very dissatisfied with our stay. We love Ocean Lakes but this trip was a horror! We walked in to carpet that smelt of bad animal urine. The carpet was black and left socks nasty. There was rotted wood in kids room from years of leaking around windows. Rotted ceiling in kids room around non working light fixture. There was black mold in cabinets. Kids could not even sleep in the bunk bed room due to the mold and mildew smell of leaks down the wall and ceiling. Several lights not working through out house. The air filter had 2 inches of dust. I tried to be honest and tell the owner that a wall ornament fell off the wall bc it was not nailed in properly and she says she will get it fixed. It wasn’t broken! Then comes back and charges me 200$ for a hole in wall that I have a picture of that is from rotted wood 10 inches down the wall! It’s prob a 50 year old camper that has an add on addition and this is from the 50 yr old side. I guess I’m assuming she does this to everyone. So with all honest regards please fix the leaky rotted wood with my $2200.00 and buy a whole house of 10$ hobby lobby wall decor!
