Nightly, weekly and monthly rentals welcome.

You must be at least 25 years of age to book this house.
You must be present the duration of the stay to supervise anyone who is under 25 years of age.

If you are traveling with a pet , you must share weight and breed ... We feel one pet , preferably an adult dog ...no puppies....non shedding ....crate trained , crated when left alone......20 lbs and under are suitable for our home.

Available for monthly rental January thru April 1 .
Smoke and carpet free home

Three bedroom stilt house with large covered porch that comfortably sleeps seven. 2 queen beds, twin over full size bed. (bunk bed style)

Spacious home cathedral ceilings with flat screen TV's and ceiling fans in every room and a fully appointed kitchen.

Gas grill and tables downstairs as well.
Outside shower with hot and cold water.
We do NOT provide linens or towels . We do provide a very good linen company who can help you with that if you like...

Extra large yard for kids to play or additional parking for the adult toys.

You will have access to all Ocean Lakes amenities, pools, water park, arcade.


Easy access to the beach . We have 1 mile of beach front . Walking distance to back side of Sandlapper pond. Fishing allowed.

Short drive to all state parks and major Myrtle Beach attractions. Myrtle Beach Air Port , Restaurant Row at Murrells Inlet where all the seafood is fresh.

Stress free vacation for the entire family. Enjoy the Ocean lakes property and a very unique beach vacation! Once inside you don't need to leave . We have a Meat & Eat, convenience store , Ice Cream shops.

Home has cable tv, wi-fi, and smart tv for all your favorite Apps. Two comfortable reclining chairs in the living room.

We do offer complimentary use of our golf cart . You must be a registered /licensed driver at least 21 years of age. Ocean lakes also enforces very strict rules in regards to the golf cart that you must abide. You can bring your own or rent one from Ocean Lakes. No underage driving , golf cart does not go outside the gates, No alcoholic on the golf cart ..Golf cart curfew ...midnight to 5 am golf cart must be back to registered site.

We welcome your furry friend.....We do ask that they be 20 lbs or under , No puppies , Must be crated when alone... We like to keep it at ONE pet only ...It seems to be a better fit for our home.
To keep things nice and clean and suitable for our guest we do charge a NON refundable pet fee of $175 ....It is included in the Vrbo price....

Departure cleaning fee is $200 during peak season ....7 night stays ... Usually May 31 thru August 16 of 2025..
Off season stays ....3 nights ..$150 , 5-6 nights ...$185. All are included in the Vrbo price....

Ocean Lakes does charge a parking fee to enter the park ... .....Per Ocean Lakes $12 per vehicle per night if you get them express ....if you wait till 14 nights are less before you come in they are $15 per vehicle per night . This is paid directly to Ocean Lakes before you arrive ... It's the only way you can enter the park ....NOT included in the VRBO price ..

Ocean Lakes does have 24 hour Security ... We are a Gated park , you must have a valid parking pass to enter .

Nice vacation

We loved ocean lakes, it suited our family of teens and a toddler perfectly. The house offered everything we needed, golf cart, bikes, beach toys and chairs! Can’t wait to visit again.

A Fabulous Stay

Very nice dog friendly property in Ocean Lakes Family Campground in Myrtle Beach. A bonus is the golf cart that comes with the rental. Adjacent area to potty the puppy. Very nice manager to deal with.

Very nice house

This was a beautiful house. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The owner and property manager were fantastic with making sure the house was ready for us and they were right on top of things when we did need them. Thank you very much for letting us stay here.

Great Stay , Great Vacay

My family agrees with me. This has been the best house we have stayed in at Ocean Lakes. Clean and comfortable for my family of four!! Will definitely look to be staying here again! Everything was great

The house was great, especially the large porch. The extra yard space was really nice for our four legged child. An easy area to get in and out of. Will be in touch with Debra again for future stays.

Great Family House

Space was great for my husband and I and 3 teen girls. We all enjoyed the outdoor sitting space, lot adjacent the house and the location - easy in and easy out. For multiple people moving in and out at different times - it was really great to have a keyless entry!

Great Property

House was very clean and the location was great. Worked out great for us with our small cavalier spaniel as well with the empty lot next door he was able to roam and use the restroom without having to walk on the hot asphalt during mid day. Deb was very kind and helpful if we needed anything. We will likely return to this property in the future!

Spring break

Great rental property. Weather a little chillier than we would’ve liked, but that had nothing to do w the rental lol. Clean and well maintained home. Manager was super nice and friendly, easy to work with. Had a surprise for us upon arrival. Home had beach chairs to use, outside toys and bikes which were entertaining and useful for our tween girls. Would re-book!

Home is very nice and in an ideal location. I gave 3 stars for property manager. She did a good job but a little to good of a job. Around mid week of our stay She showed up at the home and requested to come into the house. I felt this was very intrusive . As much as I paid to rent the home I certainly did need some one checking in on me.

A little late

I was not really looking forward to staying at this house, I wanted one closer to the water. But when I got there, I fell in love with the house it was everything that we needed. We had the best time ever. The best part of that was deb, the manager I called her so many times, and she was so pleasant. Every time I called her I wish I could find another one from her for next year.

Treat for the kids and a break for my mom

Well as discussed it was part business and part vacation but I was told to use the bath houses as are water was cut off the water park was shut down and I specifically said the kids were excited about that as we've stayed over the past 20 years also had a disturbing message about my dog that I even sent pics of her and saying most likely I won't be able to come without her I don't know how that became a problem when we Said we have pets and it said pet freindly

I’m sorry that your vacation was interrupted by a water pipe issue within the campground. This is completely out of our control. OceanLakes worked on restoring water service as quickly as possible. Our home is pet friendly for one pet that meets our guidelines with an additional pet fee that is to be paid prior to your arrival. This issue could have been avoided had you done so.

Perfect for our famiky & grandparents

We had been looking for a highly rated, pet friendly house, and this one did not disappoint. We had plenty of room for myself, husband & 2 small children, as well as my parents and their dog. The house was clean, and kitchen well stocked. The included golf cart was a huge bonus! We enjoyed the large porch area, as we had other family down as well - we even celebrated our daughters 6th birthday while there. Our kids enjoyed the swings downstairs, and the outdoor shower was great for rinsing off after being on the beach all day. Deb was a pleasure to work with, and never hesitated to answer any questions or concerns we had - she even made us a key lime pie! We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay at one of our favorite places!

Fell through the deck

The deck really needs to be all over repaired. I was walking on the side of the porch and fell through a spot on the deck. They did come and fix it or well patch the hole that I fell through. But I do feel as if they need to fix the whole deck because there are other boards that are lose. Please just be careful. The home owners did come down to fix it but they did not go through with their word on some other items. other than that the house was nice, it was a good location and had a golf cart. May need to bring a few more kitchen things depends on how your family likes to cook.

Crazy manager

I came with my kids for dance competition. We had an emergency at the dance competition. My 18-year-old son was at the house during that time to let the dog out and needed to pick up a DoorDash order. We couldn’t find the key to the rented golf cart so he used the House golf cart. He was not supposed to do this. I was very understanding. I gave the golf cart to Debbie without question. However, she spied on us our entire stay even coming by to check the trashcan outside. It was terrible. The house is outdated and had mildew in the showers. Plus, I felt very uncomfortable with her driving by and constantly watching us. It was really odd and she was very rude to my son and then told me he couldn’t be there by himself even though he’s 18 years old he’s going in the military he can die for his country but needs a 25 year-old adult with him while he’s with us on vacation that’s crazy. She should not be renting property if she feels she needs to spy on the guest the entire time they’re there. she and her husband sat and watched us the entire time we packed our car to check out of the house.
