Weekend getaway

Overall our stay was very pleasant. The host Vicky is very accessible. We did have to have the office setup the tv. Not a big deal. Very close to the beautiful beach and quite a few bars/ restaurants close by. Upstairs is a little loud but certainly not a deal breaker. The pool is clean and close by also. I’d definitely come back.

Fantastic beach vacation!

Our stay was great! It’s a cozy studio in a perfect location, a quick walk to the beach access and some great local restaurants. The check in was smooth and communication was timely and clear. Highly recommend!

Great get away

I brought my two young sons here for my sons first birthday and a beach get away it was a cute little spot and walking distance to beach, the parking was very convenient and very nice property

Great location!

Overall our stay was great! The location is steps from the beach and the pool is wonderful. The rental itself is beautifully decorated and had all the amenities needed (even great beach chairs!) It was clean except the bathroom was a little questionable. Also there was was a urin smell and we couldnt figure out where it was coming from. Other than that...it was perfect for us and we really enjoyed our time.

St Pete Getaway

This cozy place is perfect. Right around the corner from the beach. We really only needed it for sleeping but does have frig, stove, micro etc. The only difficult part was finding the building early in the am. The numbers are very hard to read. Would recommend and would stay again

Great location. Had everything we needed for our stay. Staff was helpful. Easy in and out. Overall recommend. Could use a good cleaning especially shower/ tub area. Not bad enough to stop me from staying again though. Overall a good experience 😊

Cozy little apartment

This is a cozy little apartment that was just perfect for my husband and I. Was just a walk across the street from the beach, dolphins and beautiful sunsets. It was clean and had all the things you need to cook breakfast and lunch with lots of great restaurants with walking distance.

Cozy studio close walk to the beach

This is our second year returning to this unit. We enjoyed this cute beach themed studio as it has everything we needed for a week stay and it is located near the beach and many restaurants and stores.

Location Location Location

The location of this property was perfect for a weekend getaway from cold Ohio. My wife and I enjoyed being close to all the restaurants, bars and other attraction. Just a skip from the beach as well. I will defiantly stay again! Lastly, the unit was very clean and equipped.

Great Location

Loved this efficiency. Had all the amenities needed for a week's stay. The location couldn't be beat as it was within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The beach was directly across the street which also had entertainment locations just a short walk down the beach. Would definately stay again.

Fine but issues with other renters

The room was simple and fit our needs. It was clean and we appreciated the extra towels. Unfortunately, our room was directly below a group of college boys who were wild, loud and came back after bar time and partied until 4 a.m. - - for two nights in a row. The rental company basically told us to call the sheriff - we needed to deal with it. Disappointing!

Location Location

Small and cozy studio with everything you need for your stay. Kitchen well equipped, chairs available for use on the beach, comfortable bed and living space. The biggest plus point has to be the perfect location, less than 2 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes in both directions to numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again but would probably look for something a little larger for longer stays.

nice place close to beach

Overall the place was very clean and close to the beach, we only had 1 bath towel which was a bummer? no garbage bags? and the people above us were louder than we could ever explain. it was horrible? sounded like they were rearranging the place, could sleep a wink at night. Huge down fall. we had lots of soda left over and left in fridge? haven't seen a charge yet? but we hated to throw it all away when someone else could use it! all in all nice little comfy place.

Cant beat the price or location!

My teenage daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and comfortable. So much in walking distance. Enjoyed Johns Pass and the Sunday market on Corey Ave. The snack shack on the beach is so convenient and food is good! My only negative would be we could hear so much of the activity of the neighbors right above us. If you're a light sleeper like me and the people above like to party til almost 3am, its rough. But that's certainly no fault on the owner, just the evidence of an older building. Would definitely come back to this resort and area.

Close to beach and restaurant

It was a short walk to Upham beach and local restaurants and nightlife. We had a good time and would stay again. The check in process was easy and Teresa was wonderful to work with us getting in the studio. Overall we had a great time there.

Filthy condo

Check in was horrible, office personnel very unprofessional. Condo filthy, we purchased cleaning supplies, odor was horrible made me nauseous, but price was right so I guess we get what we pay for! Pictures online very deceiving.

Vacation

This was my husband and my second time staying at this location and we loved it just as much as the first time. It was very clean, quiet, and just enough space for what we were using it for (sleep, shower, and occasional eating). The majority of our time we spent out on the beach which was just a short walk away, along with walking to the awesome beach bars Vicki had referred us to last year. We wish we could move to the area, because we have found our little paradise!! We can't wait to start planning our trip there next year!!!!

Small Studio

Older property close to beach and all restaurants. First floor access but away from pool. Very nice staff. Really small with limited electrical outlets. Comfortable bed.
