This spacious studio condo is located along the award winning beaches of St. Pete Beach, and just a short walk over to some great restaurants, shops, and activities. Leave the car at home if you choose, and come to relax and enjoy a perfect spot in paradise. Everything is close-by!

The beautifully maintained grounds feature a large heated beachfront swimming pool with plenty of space to relax, shuffleboard court, BBQ grills, and a lush tropical landscape. You'll wake each morning to views of the beach and water from the condo windows, or expansive views of the lush grounds from the walk-out private balcony.

Amazing location and the beach was beautiful. We never needed a car and we were here for 3 nights! we were about to get an early check in and late check out so that made a huge difference! I know that’s not always possible! The only think I would say is that the condo’s AC was loud and one of the main lights were out. But the bed was comfortable and the location was amazing. Great communication and service too!

Great location within walking distance of a lot bars, restaurants and the beach. Good place for two people and had everything we needed including beach chairs. Would stay again.

St Pete Beach gem.

Perfect spot near St Pete Beach. Ideal location! Cozy sitting area, comfortable bed, great bathroom and kitchen with everything you need! They even had beach chairs for us to use!

2nd year staying here

Excellent location but unfortunately many places I remember eating and shopping were gone or closed since the hurricane. It was sad to see and very few people in the area. The beach is always beautiful and the water warm!

Perfect beach getaway

Loved the location. Of course the proximity of the beach was the best part but we were also able to walk to many shops/restaurants in the area. Perfect little apartment for a beach getaway with my husband

Property was near beach and many restaurants. The SunRunner bus also provides free service to help explore all of St. Pete beach and St Petersburg.

Nice place but had bug issue

Bed sheets, pillow cases, blankets and mattress were covered in bugs and larvae upon arrival. iTrip property management team did a great job of relocating us immediately, as they believed the issue would require extermination services.

Perfect Location

Loved this place. We were able to walk to the beach, convenience store, many bars and restaurants, Corey Ave Sunday Market, and to beautiful sunsets. Cooked several meals in and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed hanging out at the pool! My favorite part was opening the window by the table and having my morning coffee with a view of the ocean!

This was my very first trip all by myself and I wasn't sure what to expect. The property and unit were beautiful, just a quick walk to the beach, dining and drinks, even a few shops. I would definitely love to come back again next year 😊

Absolutely perfect!

First off, let me say this location is perfect! View of the ocean while you have your coffee in the morning or cocktail later. Walk to restaurants, shops and live music venues a short distance in either direction. The condo itself is really charming and comfortable. We had fabulous sleep in the king size bed with a super comfortable mattress. The building itself is quiet and everyone we’ve met has been very friendly. The area is really safe- we felt comfortable walking around any time of the day or night. The condo is super clean and everything you need is provided including beach chairs, towels, coolers and picnic baskets. We didn’t rent a car, just took an Uber from the airport and a car is certainly not necessary. The friendly native resort definitely lives up to its name. Highly recommend!!
