About this property

Enjoy this 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo located on the 2nd floor at Phoenix on the Bay II. Sip your favorite beverage while on the large balcony that overlooks Terry Cove Bay and the gorgeous grounds and pool area. The view is Fantastic! Spend the day floating along the "Lazy River" or relaxing by the pool. The little ones will enjoy the kiddie pool also. After a day in the sun, have a cookout in the large barbecue area and watch the boats come in and out of the marina. The indoor pool and hot tubs await you on those cooler days. It also offers a state of the art Fitness center if you feel the need for some exercise.

This unit, #2202, has a fully stocked kitchen complete with everything need to make some of the wonderful seafood that is available around here. the Master has a King Bed, large flat screen TV, and a garden tub in the private bath. The Guest offers a 2 Twin beds, flat screen TV, and it's own private bath.

Get comfy in the bright and cheery living room area and create your favorite drinks in the large Wet Bar area.

Phoenix on the Bay II is located about 4 miles from the Wharf which offers excellent shopping, movie theater, entertainment and a great concert venue.

***Parking is purchased upon arrival and cost $55 per car. Reservations longer than 30 days will require an additional parking pass to be purchased for each car every 30 days. Wristbands are required to be worn while on the property.***

*** Small Dogs are Welcome. Complex will require an additional fee of $250 as well with $100 refunded after leash lead is returned. This fee is separate from the pet fee charged on VRBO which is my personal pet fee.***

Perfect Bay Stay

We loved this condo. It must have the best view on the bay. We could not find anything we didn't like. Very pet friendly for our pug. The pet areas are kept so nice and the fenced in area by the parking garage was one of our favorites to let her run free. The pool area is beautiful if there in warmer weather. The inside pool was nice as well. The unit is very nice and when inside we never heard any neighbors. This has more of a tropical resort feel. Workers we met were very friendly. The elevator right outside the unit was a great plus for this unit for unloading and loading as well for taking out our pet. Hope to stay again someday.

Very nice condo and outstanding property

Our unit was super clean and modern, beds were good, kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Very nice view and the property was manicured like a palace. The only drawback as with most condos are the carts to transport your stuff.
