The apartment is located in the Militari district, not far from the Plaza Shopping Mall, the AFI Shopping Mall and in a quiet location on Lake Morii. The center (Old Town) is not far from the apartment. The apartment has a view over Bucharest. At night you can watch the lights of the illuminated city as well as Lake Morii. For bookings over a month, we ask for a price request. We would be happy to make an offer. The apartment is luxuriously furnished. High-quality German parquet, a modern built-in kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven with microwave and steam function, ceramic hob and Nespresso coffee machine round off a white high-gloss kitchen. The apartment has a balcony on the southwest side with seating. The apartment is fully equipped with E-Home, all functions can be controlled via Apple Homepods, e.g. the heating, air conditioning and the Apple sound system bring music to every room with Apple Music. The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower and a high-gloss look. The electronic door lock from Nuki facilitates access via touchpad and the elevator gives you direct access to the underground car park. A parking space in the underground car park is available. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.
