Near Soulac/sea, 5 km from ocean beaches
New fully air-conditioned house of 100 M² for 6 people (3 bedrooms) chalet style with private swimming pool (6x4), covered, heated from MAY to October. Its 100 m² wooden terrace, its garden furniture, its relax areas and its barbecue. land entirely enclosed and not overlooked. Shops and a restaurant (with mini golf course) 300 m away. 3 bedrooms for 6 beds, large living room with open-plan kitchen, pantry, 2 bathrooms, one with WC. Comfortable kitchen. Free internet access. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a multi-door fridge, a built-in oven, 1 ceramic hob, a normal coffee maker, a Senséo, microwave and crockery for 6 people. You also have a pantry with a washing machine, a dryer, a 200 liter accumulator and everything for cleaning.
2 bedrooms are equipped with 140 cm double beds with cupboards and storage space.
1 bedroom is equipped with a large 160 cm bed and storage space.
Sheets and towels are included in the price.
The swimming pool is heated with a heat pump and thanks to the telescopic shelter, night swimming is fun because you are like in a bubble!!! The house is located in the town of Grayan 8 KM from SOULAC/sea 5 minutes by car, 10 km from Montalivet. Our supervised beach is located 5 km away and you will find sports activities for your children on site. Car parking is free as well as parking for bicycles. Board sports, horseback riding on the beach or in the forest. 5 km from the Euronat thalassotherapy center. Going back towards Le Verdon/mer you have a tourist port with its restaurants and sporting activities (jet ski, sailing lessons, etc. ) . Located in the heart of the Médoc, a stone's throw from the castle route with these vineyards known throughout the world!! Further south (an hour's drive), you have the Arcachon basin with the PYLA dune and these nature parks. oysters, tastings on site possible with a view of the bird island!!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in kurzer Distanz zum Meer. Das Haus war großartig, es war sehr gut aufgeteilt (3 Schlafzimmer), hatte einen wunderschönen Pool und Gartenbereich (inkl. Grill). Immer gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison: pièce de vie spacieuse, jardin entièrement clôturé et sans vis à vis, piscine agréable... La maison est située légèrement en retrait de la route et elle se situe tout proche de plusieurs villes dynamiques (Soulac, Montalivet) et des plages. La maison et la région sont très dog-friendly

Sejour très agréable et reposant.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison bien équipée et très propre, aucun vis à vis. Proche des commerces essentiels (pain, épicerie) et à quelques km de tous commerces. La plage en vélo est très accessible grâce aux pistes cyclables en quelques minutes. Le propriétaire est sympathique et à l’écoute. Nous sommes ravis de nos vacances.

Mooi, schoon huis en heerlijk zwembad

Mooi huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is maar 1 toilet en als je met 6 personen bent is dat misschien wat weinig. Wij waren met z'n tweeen, dus dat was prima. Mooie omheinde tuin, wat erg fijn was voor onze hond. Zwembad..... helemaal top.

Relaxing tranquil villa

Check in was simple via a key press. The owner spoke a little English which helped. Had to purchase magic sponges to clean the pool to prevent yellow line build up! Local shop within walking distance had everyday things handy. Bit too far to walk to the beach through the woods which meant cycling or the car. Overall very nice place.

Belle maison, équipée et bien située

Court séjour dans cette maison aux portes de l’océan. Maison équipée, piscine chauffée appréciable, frigo americain, literie satisfaisante, barbecue etc…Emplacement idéal à 10 min de soulac. Marché tous les jours. Plage Océane à 5 minutes en voiture. Je recommande et je ferai appel de nouveau à m.tiffon pour de prochaines vacances.

Week end de l’ascension 2022

Je remercie Monsieur Tiffon de nous avoir permis de séjourné dans cette belle et calme région ce qui nous as permis un bon week-end donnant un avant goût aux vacances. Je conseille aux prochains locataire d’emmener le minium qui n’est pas fourni (ect : torchon pour la vaisselle qui nous as manqué). Passez un bon séjour ! 🌞
