2 bedroom, 1/2 bath cabin with shower and laundry room available on site. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a twin over full bunk bed as well as a futon located in the living area. Can sleep 5-6 people. Amenities located on site include: shower house, laundry room, shelter house, fire pit, bbq grills, and stocked pond with ducks that you can watch and feed!!!Conveniently located close to several area attractions but far enough away that you aren't right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Less than 2 miles to the nearest public boat ramp, 5 minute drive to the golf course, or a 10 minute drive to the Lucas race track.

Quiet stay

We came to have a little time away from everything, and we had a very pleasant stay. We were able to veg out and relax and did a little fishing in the pond when it wasn't raining. Thank you so much for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

Has excellent photography skills on site and doesnt look like the photos . The grounds could definitely use some cleaning up. The pond was overgrown and unable to used . The shower house needs to be cleaned .

Working on pond the Lilly pads over took us this year but it’s stocked with fish and if you ever come back it’ll be clear the price I feel is better than anywhere else that don’t even have the amenities but either way way thanks for staying we will work on the issues

We rented the two bedroom “cabin”. This cabin only has a half bath, so you have to use the shower in the laundry room. This shower is quite primitive, and smelled very bad. We just used the sink in the cabin to clean up in, and skipped the laundry/shower situation. State parks have much better facilities in regards to showers. Also, I don’t believe the grill was functional, it didn’t have a drip pan, and the gas bottle wasn’t hooked up. The gas bottle seemed to be empty as well. Otherwise the cabin was fine for a place to sleep.

Clean cabin

The cabin was clean. The location was easy. The grill didn't work. ignite switch was out. only one row would have been safe to light because of rust and big holes in rows were the gas escapes. Their is no fire pit for the cabin. Only one fire pit for community use and its in the park. not very convenient and if someone else is using it you'd have to wait. we only stayed one night and left because it was too inconvenient with my kids. the shower was in a small coat closet sized space and there is no light in it. its open to the laundry room and anyone with a key can walk in. the fridge was covered in mold. Cabin was very clean and quaint.

Conveniently located to Racetrack

We were in the area for racing at Lucus Oil. Very short drive each day which made this place wonderful. Bring a lighter for the grill and you will need shower shoes for the shower.

Family Get-together for 22nd Birthday

You wouldn't think a metal building would be so quaint, but this was a nice setup. It was clean, spacious and the inside looked like it wasn't a metal building. The family felt they camped in a log cabin. Property manager was very helpful in answering our questions, and very easy to talk to. Close to a boat ramp. Easy access to the lake. We'll be back. Highly recommend.

Not what we expected

We had no idea that this was part of an RV Park. We were looking for something more secluded. When we pulled up there was an RV and truck parked right next to our cabin. The cabin itself was nice inside except that there was no hot water. The pond was farther away than we expected, but it was beautiful. Also the propane was empty on the grill. Luckily we brought a camp stove. For the money we spent it was definitely lacking.

Sorry you were discounted in your stay.I apologize for propane being out we didn’t realize that we will be sure and have an extra tank from now on not sure why you had no hot water it has an instant hot water heater so you should’ve had hot water.I will definitely check on that and as far as campground sorry if you were miss led on that.We do appreciate you staying and would invite you to stay again in future as we would love to make it right for you and more enjoyable stay!

We had a great time!

We stayed at at this property as we had an event in Hermitage and needed a place to stay. The whole scene was accurate and the photos were representative of the property. Don't be deceived by the outside of the cabin. Once inside you will see it it has been this way decorated.. The owners have made a real effort to make it comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. It completely met our needs.
