We stayed here for the ACBS Woods & Water II boat show. The accommodations and hospitality exceeded all expectations. The condo had all we needed, along with a commanding view of Gull Lake. The availability of a boat lift was a plus! Pontoons also available. Great stay!

Very nice condo very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Rented a lift for boat which worked out very nice. Docks were very nice. Enjoyed the fire pits and the gas grills are large and worked great.

Long Weekend Getsway

This rental was exactly as pictured and described. It was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. I am very picky about where I stay because I need it to be super clean and this was. The view was AMAZING! We rented a lift for our boat and it was literally steps away from our rental. I would rent this exact unit again when we return to Gull Lake.

The property, location, and access to Gull is fabulous. The carpets in the hallway up to 773 upper is awful and the condo carpet looks like a shampooing is overdue. Minor things really, I suppose, but worth a walk up those stairs by management to see what I mean. The place is quite good overall.

Very basic. Clean but bathroom sink was stopped up. Condo needs more seating only enough room for 3 people to watch TV. It is close to road so hanging out the beach you hear a lot of loud traffic. You do not hear traffic in the condo.

Quick Stay, Good Location

We just had a one-night stay, but it was good! I can imagine in the summer how much fun this spot would be. I am a local, but my family gals are not, so they agreed that the spot directly on the water would be enjoyable later in the season. Beds were comfy, unit very clean. Only drawback was the seating in the living room area. It's very small. I noticed that online before eI booked, but knew we weren't spending a ton of time at the unit. There were 4 of us and only 3 spots. Just FYI. Other than that, the location close to Nisswa and then Brainerd just a short drive down the highway made for a great spot for home base.

No pets shall be allowed in/on the premises. Detection of a pet will result in removal from the rental and a $150 cleaning fee.
Smoking is not permitted in any Property Management Company properties. If there is any tobacco smell in the cabin after your departure, you will be charged a cleaning fee. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a minimum $250 charge for excessive cleaning and potentially an additional cleaning fee.
Do not put any feminine products in the toilet. Plungers are provided if a clog occurs. Please do not pour grease down the drain.
No house parties, excessive alcohol use or loud noise. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 9am. Any complaints filed with the police will result in expedited eviction.
Tenant is to maintain the property in a safe, clean, sanitary condition.
Dispose of all rubbish and garbage as directed in the check-in instruction.
Do not render inoperable any smoke detectors; they are for your safety.
Guest must use the appropriate parking spaces provided for Property Management Company properties.
