Perfect location for a family of five adults. Right next to lifts, cozy great room with a view to hang out apres ski. Had a couple issues checking in which were quickly resolved by responsive Vacasa team.
The unit was great. But garage was unable to accommodate my GMC SIERRA AT4. But the biggest problem was the tvs in both upstairs bedrooms tvs would not function. It took 3 days and Multiple phone calls for a technician to come assess the issue. Only to be told that one tv was beyond repair and the other one did not even have a cable box.

I would stay at this location again bc it’s very convenient to ski. Nice place but a few things could have been better. The kitchen is missing a few common items, like hand towels, cutting board, ect.
We could not get the upstairs heat to turn off and none of the tvs in bedrooms worked. This unit is managed by Vacasa. I contacted them about issues and they were to send someone out to fix them but they never showed.

Copper Condo - Elk Run Townhome 16
The home is in a great location, ski in and out, has wonderful views and a nice layout for sleeping quarters. A grill was important for two of our evening meals - but the grill was out of order! And, although a discount was offered, we had to seek out a public grill nearby to cook those meals! The kitchen was well appointed with nice pans, knives, colanders, fridge, oven and stove. However, one coffee pot was cracked, only one cutting board, and only three wine tumblers, made for some shuffling. No dust pan. And, the lower shower/tub combo would not switch water to shower head - an issue not resolved. Parking is limited, but large SUVs fit fine in driveway, and smaller vehicles would fit in garage nicely.

Thank you for letting us know about your stay! We are glad you overall enjoyed your visit. We apologize that you could not use the grill. Last summer, the grill was stored under the porch and our team has had difficulty moving it with the recent snow. Soon it will be put back in its original position and will be available for guests to use. Our local staff will check the coffee pot and shower/tub concerns. Thank you again for this valuable information as we always welcome the opportunity to improve. We hope to have another chance to impress you on a future stay!

Great home, but Vacasa is disappointing.
Super nice and well-appointed home in an excellent location but I’m really-really frustrated with how Vacasa handled the lack of working Wi-Fi. They strung me along quite a bit and I had to give up. Spent a couple hours between texting and calling and I went to their local office here (which is a dump) and could only speak to some housekeepers but there was a language barrier and they weren’t sure how to escalate. They were nice but weren’t empowered to assist.
Not having internet seems petty, but it was a big bummer because we had plans to do grandparents video calls and I had to do two work Zoom calls first thing Monday of our trip. Couldn’t watch any movies together either. Also, the cell phone coverage isn’t good so it was challenging to communicate.
Again, nice clean and convenient home, I’m sure the owners are very cool, but Vacasa was disappointing for us.

Thank you for sharing your experience, we're pleased that you thought our home was nice and well-appointed! That said, we apologize for the issue you encountered with the WiFi and for any disconnect in service you felt from our team. Our local manager noted that Internet is provided through the resort and a ticket request was submitted to have a technician resolve the issue. We regret any disappointment this caused your party and we hope to have the chance to better impress you on your next getaway.
This is a roomy, high end condo. The kitchen was well appointed, with high quality cookware. We didn't find a vegetable peeler, but that was the only thing (and a paring knife works just fine).
We had two couples plus my 16 year old son and the space worked very well for us. Each of the upstairs bedrooms has their own bath, and the downstairs bedroom does, too. And there is another bathroom on the main floor, so there are plenty.
While we were there the hot tub was undergoing repairs, but there are two jetted tubs in the unit, so we were fine. It does take a while for the water to heat up, and filling the big tubs takes a while (~30 minutes), but they are very nice.
The location is awesome. We came very early in the season so there weren't many lifts or runs open, but the SuperBee is an easy ski down from the condo, and the main lifts (American Flyer and American Eagle) are a very easy walk. I have a feeling that when there is more snow you can pretty much ski to either one. There is also a shuttle which is also a short walk.
The decor and the finishes in this place are amazing. When we got there, the wi-fi wasn't working for us, and I texted them and it was fixed very quickly. The communication was excellent. I would highly recommend this place, and I hope to return later in the season!

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
Great location close to Super Bee lift. Poor checkin information.
Checkin and arrival a disaster. We picked up keys from lockbox and proceeded to neighborhood. We were provided INCORRECT directions for opening security gate to parking area and units. I could only leave a message on problem phone line. Fortunately someone else was exiting and we went in the out. Next the garage would NOT open with the code provided, fortunately we were able to walk up the steep outdoor stairs to get in the front door with the key. I reported this as well on the help phone line and in addition on a text message along with the notice some lights were burned out and blinds were inoperable in master bedroom. The following morning I received a text someone would come to address the lights and blinds. No mention of our gate and garage issues. I left to go skiing - unfortunately a member of our party was injured and it is now 24 hours after our arrival - we left to pick up our friend from the medical clinic and then could not get back into our neighborhood. I called help line again and requested emergency service for help to get in our gate and garage. About 30 minutes later a property manager arrived to assist us. He had the CORRECT information. Living area and dining nook on small side but overall a nice location. Basic kitchen supplies were lacking - no veggie peeler, no grater, limited baking pans, limited silverware, only 3 wine glasses (we were told this was not listed as an amenity therefore they wouldn’t supply 3 more for our party of 6).

Hi, Susan, thank you for your review, we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback. We are disappointed to read that your recent experience was not satisfactory. We will continue to work with both our local staff and homeowner to make improvements to this home, and we hope you'll give us a second chance to impress you!
Checked in and the unit was missing some towels. Also, it was discovered shortly before going to bed that there were no coffee filters. The property manager corrected these items the next day. The worst was that my mountain bike (locked) was stolen from my vehicle (bike rack). I just wish the experience had gone better.
Our family had a great time in this three bedroom townhouse located right at the bottom of the SuperBee Lift.
Place was very clean and spacious enough. We had 2 teens, 1 pre-teen, a toddler, my husband and I - and it would have been nice to have some extra comfortable seating in the living area.
The beds upstairs were very comfortable but my kids said the pull down mattresses were a little hard.
Everything worked, there was only 1 issue, which was a broken towel rack. We did have to use a space heater in the downstairs bedroom as well, but they had one on the property.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this townhome to other families traveling to Copper!
