Our short stay was truly wonderful, the property is very charming, comfortable well equipped with everything we needed and also great air conditioning, to top it all of great views and close proximity to everything. We rented this house for a mini-reunion with a group of old college friends, and it was the perfect spot! The location is ideal: secluded and peaceful, yet within walking distance of the bustling center of town. The house itself was clean, cozy, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all six of us, with each person having their own bed. That said, with a group this size, some guests will need to share a bedroom, and two of the beds are located in an elevated loft overlooking the living room area. However this was ok with us! It still felt private. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet yet fun weekend getaway, whether with a group of friends or family. Just keep in mind that this isn't a party house, as quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m., which helps maintain the peaceful atmosphere.The hosts, Franz and Danielle, were incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind. We had a small emergency toward the end of our stay, and they responded immediately, going out of their way to assist us.If I return to Sedona, I would absolutely stay here again!

Exceptional in every way! Private, quiet location yet easy walk down into town. The views from the back deck were stunning. Comfortable beds and a great master shower. The artwork around the house was delightful. We loved our stay.
