After years of visiting while our son attended Flagler College, we fell in love with the charm of Historic St. Augustine and the peaceful energy of the coastline. When we found this 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo with what we believe are some of the best 180° unobstructed ocean views in town, we knew it was something special.
In February 2020, we completed a full renovation to make the space comfortable, modern, and inviting — ideal for relaxing getaways or quality time with family and friends. Whether you’re sipping coffee at sunrise or winding down after a beach day, this home is designed to help you slow down and create lasting memories.
