"L'esplanade des voiles" is a spacious apartment with a balcony that offers a magnificent view of the lake and can accommodate up to 4 people.
It consists of a cosy living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. The apartment also features a home office and the necessary amenities for a young child (high chair and cot available upon request).

It is ideally located to enjoy the lake, which is less than 100 metres away, and to visit nearby ski resorts in the winter (Bernex and Thollon-les-Mémises, 30 minutes away, and Châtel and Morzine/Les Gets, about 1 hour away).

A playground is located near the residence, and the starting points for the GR5 (hiking) and the Via Rhôna (cycling) are less than 500 metres away.

The village of Saint Gingolph also has many shops and restaurants (convenience store, bakery, butcher shop, pharmacy, newsstand, etc.).

Perfect view

Perfect view but very early very noisy due to traffic. Accommodation was perfect. Very clean and well equipped. Nice hide out for round trips in France and Switzerland.

Super ausgestattete, schön eingerichtete Wohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, der Blick auf den See ist fantastisch und die Promenade schön zum spazieren. Baden kann man ebenfalls direkt vor der Tür. In der Wohnung ist alles, was man braucht, sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hübsch eingerichtet. Einziges Manko ist die sehr laute Straße direkt vor dem Schlafzimmer. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen ist leider unmöglich .

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Modern und freundlich und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Blick auf den Genfer See und das gegenüber liegende Ufer ist herrlich. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Comme déjà dit, nos vacances étaient super. Nous avons pu combiner différents types de loisirs, à savoir l'eau et la montagne. L'appartement est magnifique, les propriétaires sont très communicatifs. Un grand merci à Élise et Benoît.
