The upper unit has 3 full bathrooms and a half bath; the lower unit has 2 full bathrooms. We'll have fresh linens and towels ready for you, as well as soap, shampoo, hair dryers and ironing equipment.

There are 2 complete kitchens – 2 refrigerators, 2 stove tops, and 2 ovens make cooking a breeze. Both kitchens are well stocked with a drip coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, cups and utensils.

We're Atlanta natives and are excited to share our city with you. We live right around the corner and offer a curated notebook filled with our favorites on things to do, places to eat, and places to go.

The West End Historic District is full of culture, charm and character. The house is in a residential area and the area and street are quiet and safe. The area is very urban and feels such - you are smack in the middle of a huge metropolitan area - and the West End is a rapidly gentrifying neighborhood. You'll find numerous homes restored to their previous glory next to new construction, as well as homes still in need of renovation. Our guests love how close the neighborhood is to Atlanta favorites and conferencing sites and the rarity to find such a large home so close in to the city.

We had 9 people in our group and everyone had a room to themselves. 2 people to a bathroom with one odd that had their own bath. The living room on the top unit is conducive for facilitated conversations.I'd recommend for groups like mine.

Really had a great stay...neighborhood was looking kind of shaky on the way in but turned out to be a very quiet neighborhood..house is very spacious and has enough bathrooms to accommodate all...if you have teenagers the downstairs suite is perfect and seperate space..10 mins from Mercedes Benz Stadium took us 25 mins to Braves considering traffic...15 mins to Buckhead..we had an awesome time and will stay again in the future

This spacious home was perfect for our large group. It offered wonderful space for group meals and privacy when it was time to retire in the evening. The large porch also offered additional space for us to relax and connect. Overall, a great choice!

Perfect for a friend Reunion

This house was awesome for our friend reunion! We wanted to visit the Georgia Aquarium and the Atlanta Zoo while on our trip and this location was perfectly central to easily be able to get to them. Just about 15 minutes to the airport as well. Shannon was very responsive when some questions came up and although you have to go outside to go between the units, it really didn't take away from the experience. We would definitely book this location again!

The house was amazing it had everything we need and with enough restrooms. Great location. Home was clean and ready. Only request is not enough towels some people use 2 face towels. Also ran out of dishwashing soap. Would have loved to been able to have access to more.

The rooms were clean. The kitchens were spacious and had plenty of glasses/dishes to accommodate all 9 of us. Also, had 5 bathrooms that were needed with that large of a group. The home has 2 separate living areas. my 2 complaints are the upstairs heat was not consistent in each room and the downstairs clean towels did have some hair on them. Girls Trip Beyoncé Concert

My overall impression of this property is 5 stars!!! I cannot express enough how comfortable and spacious this property was for a group of 9 adult ladies! The unexpected amenities were an extra bonus. In addition the property owners checked on us and informed me that they were close by should we need anything. That was a very nice gesture and safety net for a group of ladies being so many miles away from home. The property was just like the pictures and the neighborhood was nice and quite. It was located fairly close to other ATL ventures and eatery’s. Overall I would definitely recommend & can’t wait to book this property again soon maybe next time for a couples trip! 😉

2nd year staying Hello Sunshine, A+++

Last year I found a Hello Sunshine property via VRBO (as in the property was also listed on that site). My group of 14 last year got a place from a different owner and it was misrepresented. VRBO re-housed us into one of these properties. We were so impressed with the owners communication and the property itself that we booked a different property from them directly this year instead of going through VRBO. We had a smaller group this year (8 instead of 14) so we stayed in this house. We also met the owner who allowed us to drop our stuff off before the checkin time while they were there repairing a couch leg the previous tenant had damaged. They are so very friendly, nice and welcoming. My take is that if you book an Atlanta property, you can rest assured it’ll be clean and as advertised. I guess the best thing that I can say is that if we do Dragoncon again in ATL, without a doubt I’d book here again. No second thought given.
