My wife and I travel extensively. We own 11 timeshare properties throughout the US, Mexico, the Bahamas, and the Dominican Republic. In addition, we have access to resorts around the globe. With so many properties, we cannot possibly use them all while we still work full-time jobs, so we rent them out when we can, donate them to charity auctions, and give them as gifts for weddings of family and close friends.

Within a couple hours' drive (or bus ride) are the Mayan Ruins of Chichen Itza, one of the largest Maya cities.
