This is a large condo located in tower 3 referred to asthe " grand tower" Living room and dining room face the ocean . There are 2 large bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the other with two twin beds and a futon that folds out to a full size bed. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and a third full size bathroom is located in he hall next to a study with a TV. A second TV is in the living room. Kitchen is fully equipped . The has two very large terraces , one overlooking the ocean and beach, the other facing the Marina and mountains.
This is a modern beachfront luxury condo project in Puerto Vallarta. Icon Vallarta is only minutes from downtown and the airport.
Icon Vallarta features lush gardens, infinity pool, a very large pool for children. On site are a restaurant, beach bar and grill, a gym and spa, and 3 jacuzzi .The business center has wi-fi connection, library, billiards table are in tower 2.
All this is beautiful landscaped with 24 hours security control.
