Sehr gute Lage - perfekter Blick

Insgesamt war soweit alles OK - die Terrasse ist perfekt - Wohnzimmer sehr groß und die Lage im Ort sehr gut. Die Endetage ist ebenfalls gut da das Haus hellhörig ist. Es könnte besser Staub gewischt werden - Küchenausstattung OK - die Küche benötigt aber grundsätzlich ein Update. Es fehlt ein Toaster und ein Föhn. Die Garage ist extrem eng und für größere Autos nicht geeignet. Wichtig zu wissen - gegenüber ist eine Disco mit Lärmbeschallung bis früh morgens - Sonntagsmorgen bis ca. 6 Uhr - sehr unschön und zum schlafen ungeeignet - daher Abwertung. Keine Anleitungen zu den technischen Geräten und Infos zum Müll erst auf Nachfrage.

Sejour à Cavalaire

Bon séjour. On peut tout faire à pied, une fois la voiture garée dans un box fermé ( très appréciable ), Proche de la mer, du port et des commerces. Toutefois, attention , un peu bruyant du fait du centre ville et du Casino face à l'appartement. Une discothèque prés du casino peut être dérangeante, en septembre, heureusement, elle ne fonctionnait que le week-end.

A la recherche de calme, fuyez !

Présence d’une discothèque à 100m (juste derrière le casino) ouverte depuis 2 ans de minuit à 7h tous les jours, impossible de se reposer car résonnances incessantes, un véritable cauchemar !!! Si le propriétaire l’avait indiqué, nous n’aurions jamais loué cet appartement ! Cette situation a donné lieu à plusieurs pétitions au sein de la copropriété (point confirmé par plusieurs habitants à l’année) ce que ne peut pas ignorer le propriétaire, c’est particulièrement malhonnête de ne pas l’avoir indiqué aux voyageurs, nous nous sommes sentis piégés et nos vacances ont été gâchées ! A noter également, l’absence d’écoute de la plateforme Abritel qui nous a indiqué ne rien pouvoir faire car notre santé n’était pas en danger…tout simplement honteux ! Climatisation non réglable et très bruyante (impossible de descendre sous 26 degrés). Appartement globalement vétuste et mal entretenu : traces d’infiltration d’eau au plafond troué avec moisissures, coutures du canapé déchirées Seuls bons points : la terrasse avec vue, la salle d’eau et la bonne qualité du matelas du lit double (contrairement aux lits simples).

Sehr schönes und sehr großes Penthouse Apartment

Sehr schönes Penthouse Apartment direkt am Hafen mit atemberaubender Panorama-Aussicht und sehr zentral gelegen. Sehr gute Fenster, sodass man während der Nacht absolut nichts hört, und qualitativ sehr, sehr gute und saubere Betten sodass man eine sehr angenehme Nachtruhe hat!!! Sehr schöner und angenehmer Kunstrasen auf der gesamten Terrasse. 2 Supermärkte innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten. Sehr schönes, modernes Badezimmer mit 2 verschiedenen Duschen (Regenwalddusche und normale, klassische Dusche). Tiefgaragenplatz lässt sich schnell und unkompliziert mit dem Aufzug erreichen.
