UD96 ReferenceEast part of Carnac, sea view residence, facing Men Du/Beaumer beach, in immediate proximity to beaches served by the customs officers' path extending to Kerbihan point, located 500m from the supermarket, 1.5km from the beach centre and 1.8km from the sailing club. 25m² studio with main south exposure, 1st floor.Independent entrance serving the living area and independent WC. Living area with 140 convertible sofa, armchair, TV, TV unit, large storage, table and chairs. Kitchen area with oven, 2 vitroceramic hobs, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster. Cabin area with 2 bunk beds and bedside table.Large terrace with beautiful sea view equipped with outdoor furniture and clothes drying rack.Maximum 4 people, ideal 3.Private but collective parking space in the residence.Electric heating + oil-filled radiator.WIFI.Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify in case of late arrival.Deposit: €300 to be paid on site.Charges: electricity included from June to September, metered outside this period.Tourist tax: to be paid on sitePets: allowed (additional €25)Linen not provided: possibility of rental at extra cost.End of stay cleaning to be done by yourself or additional flat rate.
