Private parking space. Washer-dryer. Electric heating. Balcony furniture. Good condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, animal supplement (only 1 small pet allowed), security deposit by credit card imprint and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ... etc.).
Rental fortnightly the first 3 weeks of August, other periods: week.
