This was a nightmare. The host canceled our stay the morning that I was to move -in. She was terrible with communication, the whole process was shady. The night before we were supposed to move in, she said the place wouldn't be ready for move. She was willing to put us up in a hotel, but then never made those arrangements. She wouldn't answer our calls or texts, and then out of the blue said we were impatient and cancelling our reservation. We did get a full refund. However, this was a 10 week stay, leaving us scrambling to find another rental, which wasn't through VRBO. I will be hesitant to ever use VRBO again. I believe this host should be removed from the platform, what a terrible thing to do to someone.
